The two cleaners sent out were delayed in their arrival and did a lackluster job once we were able to review during our lunch break. Their mop broke so they had to use our swiffer and they missed several spots when it came to cleaning our master shower and just basic vacuuming and dusting. I’m giving four stars for the customer service provided. I was given half off the quoted price and although I’m unsure I would use their services again, I appreciate their willingness to make things right."
