I have use Family Cleaning Service every two weeks for the last few years and they are wonderful. Great attention to detail, on time, fair pricing and always good about following any instructions about what needs to be cleaned in my home and my preferences. They don't mind/are very nice to my 3 small dogs. And whenever I've had them do extra projects like clean out the fridge, they've always done an excellent job. And as a bonus, my husband loves that they do with the cute little bows and flowers with the toilet paper and the tissue. Very trustworthy and I highly recommend them.

We were very happy with our experience from start to finish. We had a consult in our home a couple weeks before the scheduled cleaning, so we knew exactly what to expect. We have a 1600 square foot home, and it took two women exactly five hours to completely transform our home! I have a small home and it is very well kept. I did not understand how 6 hrs of house cleaning only covered the basics plus cleaning the fans. I thought they would be able to do much more. The house had not been lived in for a few months so I wanted a thorough clean to include baseboards and windows and wiping down cabinets, which were not done. I was also surprised that they did not even Vacuum the tracks of my sliding glass doors. I was very disappointed.

They did a great job. I will hire them again.

They're very good. They're very thorough. They get everything very clean. We've used other cleaning services in the past and have always been disappointed, but Ivanilde's is extremely good. I think the cost is fair for what they do. That's a little hard to answer because they give me a time frame when they expect to be there, but we are one of the last ones they clean during the day, so sometimes if they run into extra work at some place, then they may be a little late. I mean, this past Tuesday they were about a half an hour later than they had hoped to be, on average, they are quite punctual. I will use them in two weeks.

I like the fact that they're consistent, they come every other week and they're on time. What I would change is how deep they clean. They do very superficial cleaning, but the cleaning turned out good.

Between two people and three pets we accumulate lots of hair and dust, but not a bit of it is in sight after Ivanilde's Cleaning Service is done with our place! They did a fantastic job. The kitchen and bathrooms looked almost new. They were able to get hard water stains off a shower door that I didn't think would come clean, and the whole house smelled fresh. Can't wait to move in now!
