Excellent customer service is provided by this company CEO. He is on the top of everything from start to finish. He expedited the job as we needed before thanksgiving. The crew was excellent ( Although they were not able to communicate in full English) following exact steps and knowledgeable. They listened our concerns and followed up and exactly finished with excellence. Also to mention, they cleaned after the project done which is very important for complete finish.

The owner Hiago is top notch. His customer service, on going job status and attention to detail during my paver installation are superb. His crew did an outstanding job on my paver pad, walkway and lanai and left my property looking like it did before the job was started. 5 stars arenâ t enough for this business. I wonâ t use any other contractor for paver installations!!

The project was completed timely and Hiago worked with us and was extremely patient. He kept in constant contact with us and when we had an issue with our irrigation system he responded quickly and scheduled us to be taken care of. I would 100% recommend getting your project completed with them.

They were very professional, however I did have to point out a few quality issues, that they should have seen, and they should have left my yard as nice or better than when they arrived. They did not.

If I could give them more stars, I would. They were very quick and professional. Arrived on time for all appointments. Competed the driveway much faster than i would have thought possible and were meticulous with their cleanup. We are extremely happy with the new driveway and would HIGHLY recommend hiring them for any project.

Moving from northeast, I constantly got stood up by contractors in FL who did not meet my expectations. And here I run into All American Pavers who believe in just the opposite. Frederick is the face of the company. Amazing communication, constant reminders and updates of the project, patience and delivery of the job. Him and his amazing team led by Anthony executed the project flawlessly. Anthony took him time to explain what we were going to do the day of. Patiently listened to my concerns and addressed accordingly. He was willing to work with special requests as well. The other folks who put their 100% cannot be forgotten. William, Dianara, Jerry and Ernesto were very nice and worked hard to complete the project on the same day. They were neat and cleaned up after. I will be recommending AAP To my neighbors with 5 star rating. Thank you guys!!!

Hiago and his team are very responsive, professional, and dedicated to quality! We hired them to install a patio and the experience from start to finish was beyond our expectations. In addition, when we needed some repairs done 1.5 years later, I was able to get them taken care of the same day that I brought them up to Hiago. I wish more companies operated with these same characteristics and qualities!

Hiago's team is first rate. I was promised the job would be complete in 1.5 to 2 days. It was completed in 1 day. The team was swift as well as polite. Cleanup afterward was excellent and I ended up with a beautiful ð patio. I've already recommended them to a couple of my neighbors.

Hiago and his staff take the utmost pride in their work. We were highly impressed with the work they did on our lot at River Ranch RV Resort. We had over 1200 Sq ft of pavers put in and when told they could finish in 2 days my husband and I said NO Way. They finished in a day and half and the work was top notch. Loved that Hiago came after the work was done and made sure the work was to our liking. We highly recommend their work and will definitely contact them for future work.
