Eli and his crew from American Pavers guaranteed a professional result with the best price and more than delivered. The crew was courteous and fast working having the pavers down and sealed by days end, and this was not a small job. The team even moved the left over soil to an area in my yard to help with my drainage issues. 5 stars isnâ t enough for Elias and AP. We are thrilled with our patio extension. This is a company I would do with business again in a heart beat.

The customer service was good and the owner Hiago was very responsive and friendly. The install of the pavers looked nice but they did have to come back out and fix it and also clean up the debris left behind from the original install. He stuck with his word and made sure we were completely satisfied after everything which we were. Pros: Fairly priced compare to other competitors Excellent customer service Very responsive and detailed in everything Hiago is the reason we did business The Manager of the install was great as well - answered any questions we had Cons: Lack of proper cleanup after install Employee had trash and sweater all over our new Palm Tree - Had to ask to move it to the grass Recommendation: You do want to seal your pavers otherwise you will have a bit of ants. We plan to seal them next month.

Owner Hiago was very responsive to any and all texts and phone calls from day 1. He preaches he sells customer service and isn't happy until you are happy. I couldn't agree more!! He was here when the project started and came by during and after the project to make sure we were happy. I've had quite a few home improvement projects completed over the last few years. No one was more attentive and cared more than the owner Hiago!!

What a professional company! I hired them to install a paver patio, and they exceeded any expectations that I had with the completed job. The men were respectful, personable, showed up on time and worked diligently and very hard. I cannot be happier with my small patio. We hired American Pavers to replace the flower bed around our pool area with pavers. Junior and his helper were very professional, knowledgeable, extremely polite and did an excellent job. Hiago, the owner, was quick with the estimate, professional, knowledgeable, very honest about not being the lowest price but the level of customer service and warranty convinced us American Pavers was the way to go! He worked with our timetable, was on-site to ensure everything was going as planned and to our satisfaction. This company is about customer service and they excel at it! I would recommend them to anyone needing paver work.

This company stands behind their work they put in paver walk down to my dock about 2 years ago and the hurricane knocked out about three feet of walkway. I called my contact within 24 hours it was repaired. Outstanding customer service!!!

Great experience from start to finish with American Pavers. Hiago came out to give us an estimate for paver installation and we were immediately impressed with his professional manner. He listened to what we wanted then went straight to work taking measurements and marking things off so we could visualize the layout. He offered a suggestion that would allow us to keep more grass in the front yard while also saving us money. His recommendation for color choice was perfect. When the job started Hiago was on site as well as Junior, who oversees the work crews. Throughout the install they made sure we were pleased with how things were going and we were because the crew worked fast, did a great job and were very mindful that their jobsite was at someoneâ s home. We now have a beautiful expanded driveway, walkway and circle drive that has gotten tons of compliments from neighbors. American Pavers is a rare company with an efficient sales process, top notch customer service and outstanding work quality. We enthusiastically recommend American Pavers!

They installed pavers around my pool, on the lanai and created an outdoor grilling area with pavers. They were very prompt, communication was excellent and their work is great! They showed up every day until the job was complete and Hiago was always available! Highly recommend!

American pavers were fast efficient had excellent customer service and I cannot tell where the old driveway began and the new driveway started. I am very satisfied with their service from beginning to end. I really like the fact he did not ask for any money down and said he would not collect any money until I was 100% satisfied. Needless to say I paid him right after the job was done. I would highly recommend American pavers.

Very professional, polite and hard working. Did a beautiful job on my patio and golf cart pad. Has held up great and the job was done quickly and they cleaned up very well. They left nothing behind and you can't even tell they were there. I would rehire them in a minute.
