I recommend this contractor

I called American Pavers for an estimate to build a new retaining wall. Hiago, owner, was very responsive, we agreed on a day/time for him to come look at my project and most importantly, he spent all the time I needed in going over what I was looking to accomplish. He was extremely knowledgeable and without me asking, he said he would be running the project through his engineer to ensure the completed wall would be sound and safe. On the day the project was to start, Hiago was on-site, introduced the site supervisor, Junior, and went over all aspects of the project with both Junior and me so everyone was on the same page. As the project progressed, Junior kept me informed, asked if I would like to see what they were doing and ask any questions about the project. In addition to Junior keeping me informed, Hiago came by the site several times to ensure I was happy with the work and how the crew was respecting my property. At the end of the project, I didnâ t have to bring up any issues because Junior was very meticulous and Hiago was the best Quality Control person you could ask for. I highly recommend American Pavers!

I have been in the construction industry for over 40 years and know good work when I see it. Junior and his crew were very polite and cleaned up after themselves. Wonderful experience working with this company. Performed concrete rip up and installed 70% of my property at River Ranch RV Resorts. Couldnâ t believe how quickly and professionally this was done. Putting a 38 foot RV on my pavers required perfection and thatâ s what we got. Everyone driving by is asking for a business card. We are the envy of all our neighbors. If you want the best, please donâ t any further. Youâ ve found the best ever.

I've used a few paver companies in the past and by far American Pavers exceeded my expectations! The quality of the work and professionalism it hard to describe. The owner Hiago is a pleasure to work with and communication is definitely one of his strong points. He kept me informed step by step and event sent pictures and videos of the progress. Hiago is a fantastic businessman and runs a great company. Hired him to do a patio in our backyard,he arrived the next day after we spoke went over the entire project and was willing to spend as much time as needed for him to get the project to our liking. The day the project was started , his team lead by one of his supervisors Junior arrived 45 mins early,started work immediately and finished the entire project by the end of day. Amazing attention to detail and fantastic quality. Could not be happier with our finished project. Thank you Hiago,Junior and team! Even had a little damage to our and our neighbors lawn but Hiago and Junior we re back in one day and repaired the damage. 5 star customer service. Would absolutely hire again.

Very informative thru to whole process

I had a great experience with Hiago and the Gator Industries installation team. I signed the contract on a Friday, had the pavers delivered on Tuesday, and they finished the job on Friday. They were not only on time, but early everyday to my house and took great care to work with me on the design and installation. I would highly recommend Hiago and Gator Industries for any of your paver needs.

Great experience with this company. They were polite and dependable. They were on time and completed the job on time as promised. We were very happy with the pathways and patio area they installed. Will use them again in the future if needed.

Pleasant staff. Pavers look good. Worked a little too fast on the concrete curb around the brick pavers as portions became brittle and cracked.

The workmanship and attention to detail was outstanding. The pavers for the pool coping were precision cut and installed perfectly. Could not have been more pleased with the finish product.

If I could give this company and Hiago 100 stars I would. We have done a lot of home projects from repairs to renovations on a variety of things over the years and we have never had a company be so communicative, transparent and responsive. I was personally called and even FaceTimed since I was at work several times to show me details of the project (100 foot retaining wall for our backyard) to make sure it was exactly what we needed. We had about 10 estimates for the job to be done and far and away they were the best estimate, the only one that offered any sort of warranty and started the job 2 days after the estimate and finished it in 48 hours whereas most companies were saying they were booked out 6 weeks. They are absolute professionals in every sense. They checked in and send pictures and videos at the start, middle and end and made sure every detail was as desired and I would certainly give them my highest recommendation and Hiago couldn t possibly be better at customer service if he tried. He is truly excellent and we are very satisfied with the work. If we need anything done again, they are certainly saved in my phone and at the top of my recommendation list!
