Very pleased with the whole process. Gave us visuals to help with final decisions. Very professional yet friendly. Materials arrived on time, crew completed project efficiently and in a timely matter. Beautiful design and finished project. Highly recommend and will use again for future projects.

The reason I chose Gator to do the patio was because of Hiago, who was informative and always attentive, but the contract they sent me to sign via email had no letter head, did not specify that materials were included, the signature of their representative had no title, and it took 3 phone calls to give them my credit card info and was charged 3 1/2 % fee for using a credit card. Hiago assured me the job will be completed on Thursday and sent his installer to prepare the site, but his supplier failed to deliver the pavers, which were finally delivered on the following Tuesday afternoon, and Junior, the installer completed the job the very afternoon. Quite satisfied with the work done, but not too happy with the sand spilled on my lawn.

We are very happy with the retaining wall. Not totally happy with the clean up.

They were detailed, they came early and stayed late. The work was phenomenal. They had a smile on their face the whole time. They are exactly who you want on the job site doing the project. They Killed it !!!
