Description of Work: Chris came in to perform a wind mitigation assessment to my roof. Although my roof did not qualify because it was missing a secondary moisture barrier as required by the code, Chris was very professional and fast in his assessment and I would use ANC again for my roofing needs.

Description of Work: Simply called ANC roofing to get an estimate for work to be done on our roof. When the representative came out he did not bother to get up on the roof, he proceeded to tell me that he has been doing this kind of work for over 25 years. I was not satisified with that because every job is different. He also said they would have to cut down part of our shubery at our expense. No other company that came out had that problem. My husband and I did not care for this reps presentation. We chose another company.

+ -1 moreWe had Jason D come out and give us an estimate a couple weeks before the job was done. They estimated about 5 days. They did not require any payment down. Because of rain and more wood damage than was expected it took about 7 -8 days. They had to repair the chimney and a corner where 3 rooflines meet. They rebuilt it and Jason D made them tear it out twice before he was satisfied with the work. He stopped by daily and either worked with the roofers or inspected the job. The roofers were all very polite and professional. They cleaned the site daily as they worked.

+ -1 moreI called and set an appointment. A Mr. Johhny Prator came out as promissed. Pricing was well in line with my other 3 estimates, but I liked the presentation. Job was started as promissed and completed promptly in two days. All was clean and neat.
Description of Work: One of the best companies I have delt with. They were on time and prompt. Asked for no deposit and invoiced me when the work was finished and I was happy. Roof looks great and I recommend this company any day.
