We want to make sure the job is done right the first time and exceed your expectations. Your family's home is in experienced and honest hands with our company. Standard Service Call Charge is $59.00; Discounts offered to Orange County Public School Employees. Payment is due at the time service is performed. Free Estimates for replacement of your old unit, and free removal of old unit. Deposit will be required before replacement work begins. Rebates may be available through your energy provider when you upgrade to high energy efficient units.

A 4 ton AC unit was removed and a new one installed. Excellent work and follow through.
Description of Work: Was on time and delivered exceptional service and quality work. Fairly priced and was clean, did over and above the scope of work necessary for job. I would absolutely recommend All Star A/C and Heatiing. They were simply GREAT!!!

Les came to my home at designated time agreed and viewed my equipment. He answered my questions about his cost if included all of the wiring/taxes/permits. Les sent me a written proposal via email listing what we discussed and with upgrades. Very professional I believe this will be the company I decide to use to replace my air conditioner.
Description of Work: Les came by to review my old air conditioner and heat pump. He answered questions about their system vs what I have now. Gave data about product they us (Goodman) and what SEER means and how the cost savings would be for me.

I have an older A/C unit that needed serviced. Last time I used it it had a difficult time keeping the temperature down in my house. A coworker of mine suggested I use All Star Heating and Cooling which I did use. I have had my A/C serviced before but felt ripped off by the experience. I'm glad to say using All Star was a worth while investment in my A/C. The technician was very knowledgable and seemed focus on preserving my old A/C unit. I was expecting a sales pitch for a new one, which I would have believed due to my older unit. Any way, Les, the technician serviced the A/C, cleaning it up, working on it, adding coolant/refrigerant to it and it's working a lot better! I would definitely use them again and recommend them highly due to their friendly and HONEST work.
