Scheduled All Star heating to replace our AC system. They communicated prior to the day on what time they would be coming out and they were on time and moved quickly. The team was professional, nice and easy to work with. They answered lots of questions by our 4 yr old on what was going on. They offer a great warranty on some of their units as well. Would highly recommend using them.

The professionals at All Stars did an excellent job of analizing my problem. They did not recommend putting a band aid on the problem. They wanted to get the problem resolved and I appreciated that. From the very beginning I felt like they did had my intrest in mind. I was shown everything that was a problem so I had no problem deciding to get a better unit. The replacement unit is better installed than the original one that came with the house. I strongly recommend All Stars for any heating and cooling needs. Great job guys. The installers were very professional, friendly ( and this during the covid virus time) and super clean. They left NO mess, painted the walls, cleaned up outside. We had already had a good recommendation from our daughter as they also installed their new AC .. And ALL STAR did not disappoint. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

To say that All Star Heating and Cooling is awesome would be an understatement. Jason at the main office and Les, the president of the company, are amazing and worked diligently to find just the right unit and price for our old house and tight budget. Not only was our little ranch house built in the ‘50s, but space is cramped and our old ac unit was apparently a commercial unit, in bad shape, and crammed in. Jason, the HVAC installer, and Tai(sp?), came out early to get started. It was mid July, 2018, so you know the temp and humidity here in central FL was outrageous. Just getting the old unit out was a major chore. Then seeing how bad the old unit was, including mold! Jason made sure the new inside unit fit like a custom tailored glove. Tai spent a long time in the horribly cramped, insanely hot and dark crawl space. They were super! They repeatedly checked everything making sure all worked perfectly. Our house is comfortable for the 1st time in years and our electric bill is greatly reduced! All were honest and upfront on every aspect of this major investment. We were given options to address our failing system, and given quotes for possible new system. AJ and Jason did a great job explain quite a few options for us. When we chose to do a new system they worked with us to ensure we got the best deal in town. Install was timely and professionally done and the new system was explained in detail.

All Star Heating and Cooling of Central Florida LLC has installed a 3 Ton Packaged 14.00 Seer Heat Pump, which in many ways has increased the value of my home! The first thing that I noticed was that the environment felt more crisp, clean and healthy. It is really nice coming in from the outside high humidity to the inside low humidity. I, also, have been able to sleep better! Plus, I noticed that when I washed my hair that it tends to dry more quickly. Therefore, it has made my home more comfortable and efficient because the atmosphere is not hot anymore, when it used to hot. It has improved the environment on the inside and, also, helped to lower the electric bill! In conclusion, I find that my 56 year old home feels like new again.

LES WITH All Star Heating and Air has always given me great customer service. The first a/c unit I bought from him he quoted me the wrong price (lower than it should have been), but he still honored what he quoted me. I had the hardest time finding a company who I could trust, was reasonable and dependable. He was able to set up a payment plan for me when I needed it and didn't try to sell me unnecessary repairs. I bought a second unit for another part of the house and was just as satisfied with the service. I recommended him to my daughter and she was also very pleased with the service. I'm glad I have someone to go to now for any a/c problems!

Perfect! I had to replace my AC and I was worried about it for such a long time. I shopped around for more than a year to get the best price to quality ratio until I met All Star. My friend referred them to me. Once they came over and explained everything, I didn't let them leave until I booked my appointment. They were excellent.

Wonderful company and staff!! They installed a new A/C system for me. They were reliable, professional, and fairly priced. I highly recommend them!

First, the contract for the work had clauses that the contractor used to get out of repairing damage that was caused and not reported during the installation. When the air-conditioning in the home was not improved, a request for a technician to come out and check the whole system was requested. The technician reported a hole in the ceiling that allowed hot air from the attic to be sucked into the air handling unit. He had no idea his company had done this. The company then said it was not their responsibility and that the contract specified that they were not responsible for ceiling damage, but they agreed to fix it anyway. They reported the hole fixed and then said I needed a "heat study" to determine what size new air-conditioner was needed to cool the home. I was then charged for the study, which I refused to pay since the company quoted "free estimates". The heat study expert then agreed to drop the charges. I was quoted closed to $10,000 for a "variable speed inverter unit". This company then said my air handler was contaminated with dog hair and would need to be cleaned or replaced. I then hired a new contractor who said that the contamination was due to blown in fiberglass insulation being sucked down through the hole in the ceiling that this company created, which contaminated the air handler. My new contractor said that the duct work installed by this company was too small to handle a 4 ton unit which they had quoted. He recommended split units and a replacement of the existing air handler. This work was accomplished for thousands less than this company quoted, with as good or better SEER rating. The house now can maintain 68 degrees when it is 98 outside temp. All of this can be documented with copies of emails. You need to avoid this company like the Black Plague.

All stars staff diagnosed problems in front of me and we made the determination that a new unit was needed. Their prices were good, excellent terms, no pressure sales, great communication, friendly crew arrived 20 minutes early ready to work and did a great job. Local family business that I am happy to support, spend money with and promote. I have already referred them to several people I know that mentioned they needed work done.
