First off, my husband is sick and a veteran and once the owner heard that he had it installed the next day on July 4th...no extra charge. They fixed a major issue that another ac company caused, and they were knowledgeable and took their time. They work hard, and are all about doing the job right no matter what it takes. Technician was very thorough and communicated throughout the service call. He also offered an alternative to standard freon that was much cheaper.

These guys were great! They arrived on time, ran through the process with me before the work began, and proceeded to replace my entire system. The price was excellent, the techs were very friendly and were able to answer all of my questions. The owner stopped by on his way to another installation to check in; he was very friendly, too. I would recommend these guys to everyone I know and will definitely be calling them again the next time I need my heating/ac serviced!

All Star was top notch the entire way through the process. Always answered my calls and texts when ever I had a question and were very professional. I live in an older home where my AC closet is pretty small. The door frame had to be removed to install the new larger unit, and they went the extra mile to make sure the wife was happy by coming back out the next day and completely refinishing the door with fresh paint. Amazing! Couldn't ask for better service. Cold contacted them in the evening when the air went out and although the company is not a 24 hour service company they tried to help me find someone. I was so impressed we waited until the next morning and they were able to squeeze us in first thing in the morning. They were able to bandage the problem for the day and came back the next day to install a new AC unit. Received a quality product for an amazing price. Very knowledgeable and up front. I'm a condo owner who lives across country from my property so my tenant had to handle this - and Les and I handled the payment and details over the phone long-distance. Les was very clear and his estimates were spot on - he discovered something that did not need to be done so he saved me $250. I appreciated his prompt response and he was a man of his word - honest and dependable - I highly recommend him!!!

They were genuinely concerned about what happened to us and made changes in their schedule in order to move us up due to our system being completely broken. All of the guys who came to the house were very nice and respectful and above all else, incredibly Professional. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs work on their system.

Les and his crew have done exceptionally impressive work for me. They have replaced two AC units in separate rental homes for me in the past year at competitive pricing with impeccable service. They run a very professional, honest operation, which makes you feel secure and take excellent detailed pictures after they complete the job, which is very useful on a rental property. I received prompt warranty paperwork pre-registered and Les always made himself available to answer questions. Even well outside of regular business hours. The company provides the small company flexibility and feel, with large company organization and management. Top notch people to know and would highly recommend to anyone!
