Description of Work: They did a yearly check up on my AC. Found that the coils were rusting, and my freon was very low. I told them to add the necessary freon. That cost most of the $224.95 bill. I was advised I needed new coils installed for a cost of around $2000.00 or I need to just get a complete new unit. I am having a completely new unit installed soon. Looking at four proposals now!

Description of Work: AC issue. He came out and never looked at the inside of the handlers. AC worked fine but the day after they left, we had problems. They came back ut the next day to fix. Asked about cost of new uint. Thye were very expensive for the quality they were selling. Also, they said we had to add an additiaon pad and also had to install new drain lines adding some $$. have had two companies come out since and that was not even brought up. I even asked about the new lines and the guy told me that would not be needed as it was running through the second and first florr That would only be recommended if the lines were in the ground. Would not recommend...
