The experience was very good across the board. They told me information they had found on the operation of the system. performed routine maintenance. This was the third year I used this company. I will continue to use because the go the extra mile.

They arrived after hours, did not charge any surcharge and promptly had my a/c up and running.

Great job! The AC Guys installed an AC system with custom ductwork in my workshop garage. The system looks great, totally professional. These guys worked hard, and the job proved to be more difficult than expected however they stuck with it and finished up the job. I couldn't be more happy with the work. I highly recommend the AC GUYS! Give them a try, you won't be disappointed!

Coldest day in Central Florida in 4 years...of course we wake up to NO HEAT. That's the way our luck is. Called them, they were out here within 2 hours. YAY! We have heat. I was worried it would cost $100's to fix. Figured out within minutes it was just a simple capacitor. These guys are the best! They have done me right every time I've used them.

Tech arrived late but stayed late to finish job

What could they have done better is show up on time. They had a tendency to tell me they?d be here at 8:00 and then come at 11:00. I shouldn?t say tendency because it was only one day that they came to put the air conditioning unit in, they did it in one day. Instead of 8:00 till 4:00, they work from 11:00 till 7:00 in the evening. They did a very competent job of determining what I needed and ultimately getting it all set in. I also had to have their electrician, not mine come and change the fuse box, up the amps in the fuse box. That did happen on time, pretty much. There are cheaper things around, but I don?t know if you get as good as quality. I?ve been really happy with the unit. I just had a bad experience with this one installer who I didn?t think was very professional, everybody else in the organization that I met has been. I have used them again.

The service call was answered the same day and was told the part was under warranty, however they did not have one in stock and needed to come another day. I paid $75 for that visit. They came back 2 business days later, replaced the part in under an hour, but then hit me with an additional $450 fee. They kept telling me the part was under warranty, implying that the work would not cost much because of the warrany and then I get hit with this $450 bill after they make the repair. I called the office to attempt to get a breakdown of the cost and was not offered any explanation except that 'it is what it is'. Their work was good but way overpriced and 'gotcha' based.

They were able to come out fast to take care of the issue. I didn't have to wait very long at all. The price was pretty fair and they didn't try to sell me anything new when all I needed was a tuneup. I would absolutely use them again. I have been using them for a couple of years now.

They will come out and fix your problem. It might not be as cheap as you'd like it to be but it will get repaired. They come out on weekends and they are pretty punctual. They're pretty decent and I like them. I've used them lots of times before.

The job went well. They worked quite quickly and I believe thorough. The 2 workers gave advice about the outtake vent. They didn't leave any mess behind.

The technician said the check up would be $29.95 and that there would be an additional $95 charge for a pound of Freon. At this point, I told the technician not to provide the service because I felt like they were trying to overcharge us.

Very professional and knowledgeable on the product. Great add on to any house and they are diamond contractors so I got 12 years warranty instead of only 10. Great company. Will use and refer to all.

Was very pleased with the installation of the ducts and later with the yearly inspection.

It did not go very good. After the 1st scheduled appointment, they did not show up. I needed heat so I called them and informed them how cold it was! They finally came another day and informed us we needed a new unit. Another company informed us that our ducts were not connected however this company told us that it was. This company are liars and cheap! They took my $5,500 AC unit (that i had for 2 years) and installed a $4,300 unit. They charged me $4,500 + the cost of my AC unit that they took. They are thieves!

They came out the same day I bough the deal. The workers were perfect.

Very well, All work was done in timely fashion

the young man that came to service the a/c removed the coils to clean them and re-installed them. I watched him drop the coils taking them to the driveway to be cleaned. He re-installed them and added some freon to the system. With in 2 days the unit stopped cooling. I called our normal a/c company and they found a large freon leak in the coils. We have had no working a/c since your service call and I am now told we have to replace our entire a/c system to the tune of 5,000 to 6,000 dollars. I will not call nor recommend this company.

Ben and Jesus did an excellent job! Showed up on time and took their time to make sure everything was installed correctly. Walked me through the new AC unit when the job was finished.

Everyone was nice and professional but after so many adjustments, repairs and fixes, I just lost my confidence in them.

He was happy with the service he got. He did complain that they never came back to re service it or re check it. He liked the job they eventually did.
