Excellent. The service man was courteous, friendly and professional. The price for the service was cheap and I'll definitely hire the company again.

Overall I am highly satisfied by this company. I believe the work they do is honest and upfront. There are no gimmicks, no up charging, all the fees are clearly stated before service is performed. Everything was performed to my satisfaction and if there was a problem that wasn't your fault, they fixed it free of charge. Just especially is an upfront young man, and he helped me avoid a $500 bill by fixing an issue with the air handler. I will continue to use this company as long as I'm in the area. A+++

Phenomenal! David and Nate are the guys that took care of me. They were very friendly, and had great customer service.

They said that there was a leak, internal in the coil, which wouldn't be worth fixing and I had to put in a whole new thing. They quoted me $5400. They charged my system. They charged me another $300 to charge it up. But then, it kind of went flat again. So he, over the phone said, "Well, yeah, it's what I thought it was. It's out of Freon, it's going to be $5400." When he had been out there to service it, he didn't put the cap on right, which was leaking and you could see it visually. I got another guy to come out. The guy saw that it was this relay, which was like $50. This guy's whole visit cost me $140 and my air conditioning was working. The A/C Guys just kind of find people and send them around. It was obviously a bad job. I don't think the guy really knew what he was doing and he was just kind of trying to sell us something expensive. I paid him $300 to give me three pounds of Freon since it was low. And then an extra $140, for the other guy to come out. The other guy who came out, when he put in pounds of pressure, he put it on a scale and showed me, "Hey, this thing weights 10 lbs right now and in a few minutes it's going to weight 7 lbs because the other three I've just put into your system." He would show me, "I just did this," because you can't really tell. This guy didn't do any of that. The price he charged if he did what he said he did was market price, maybe a little high. But the fact is that he really didn't check it and gave me a pretty high price for replacing everything. They responded quick. They were there when they said they were going to be.

The technician inspected the AC unit and notified me that there was a leak in a coil. The unit is very old so it would be as much to replace the part as it would be to replace the unit. He added freon to the unit to hold me off until I am able to make a decision on the repair as this is a costly service.

Beware, setup a appointment 4 times AND still waiting for a technician to show up. Talked to a staff member to get a refund. STILL waiting for a call back.

The tech lied to me. He said he couldn't hook up his hoses to check the compressor because the fittings were stripped. The only solution was a whole new system. I was suspicious. The next day, I had another company come out. The fittings were not stripped. He had no problem connecting his hoses. This unit is at my mother's condo. She's 86. I'm reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

My old unit of 17 years old was outdated, had a high 11 SEER so when the costly compressor went out, I got on Angie's list and got several quotes from top HVAC companies. I selected AC GUYS From Central Florida to do the job. However, a certain AC unit I wanted and was told they had 'The Daikin' was not available to them. This ate up a few more days of the hot Florida summer. However, we agreed on an excellent unit , a commercial Maytag . When the tech guys arrived ( I can't remember there names). Let me tell you these guys were terrific. Courteous, knowledgeable, hard working PROFESSIONAL. The unit they installed LOOKS GREAT. They also added a new digital/programmable thermostat, caulked all areas. The access of the drainage tube (to clean and maintain AC's draining system) it was always hard to get to. I had to remove a whole bookshelf, encased into the wall, made pouring vinegar down the tube a chore. For no extra cost they re-routed the tube for very easy access. I highly recommend the AC GUYS The techs they sent here; You don't much better than that!

I first had an appointment on 07/01/2016 at 9-11am window. After waiting 30 minutes I got a call from the company and they said that the technician's truck broke down and would I like to reschedule because they do not know how long it will take before he can get to my house. So I rescheduled for 07/05/2016 between 2 and 4pm. I waited for an hour and called them to get an ETA on the technician's arrival time, at this point the office told me that he was running late and it would be closer to 5 pm. I decided to go home (since the a/c service was for the house we are moving to but are not yet living in) and told them to call me when he was 15 minutes away. At 5pm I got the call that the technician was on his way so my son and I headed back to the new house and had to wait for another 30 mins for the technician to finally arrive. After 4 phone calls, and 4 hours of waiting, the technician Donovan diagnosed my a/c in 5 minutes, and never even apologized for his late arrival. I understand that things happen and sometimes jobs are more complicated than expected, however the customer should always be updated by the technician and the everyone at the company should at least apologize for the inconvenience to the customer. If that had been the case I probably would not be writing this review.

Justin and Jesus were very helpful in explaining what the problem was and teaching me what to do to prevent this in the future.

The technician showed up a little early (which was great for my schedule) and seemed knowledgeable as he looked over both the unit in our garage and the one on the side of the house. There was some condensation in the garage unit that he addressed as part of the package. Nothing was really wrong, we just wanted to do some preventative maintenance to address any concerns. I was glad that there was no sales pitch or a lot of expensive fixes thrown at me. We will hire them again in the future to do some duct cleaning.

Arrived on time, performed work in a timely manner and informed us that we had no issues with our system

Bill the Sr. Rch was prompt, courteousness very knowledgeable, very professional, made the what experience of getting a new air conditioning system seem effortless and put my mind at ease with the whole experience outstanding service.

They came in and one of their technicians, Don, looked at our 3 units. He told my wife that one of the units was not working properly. He looked at it and said there was something wrong with the coil. He gave me an estimate of $1,825.00 to replace the coil and for labor. I told my wife that we needed to get another estimate because that seemed high. I called another company who advised me that it had nothing to do with the coil and they replaced the regulator and charged me $587.00 for the replacement and labor. I spoke with Randy who told me that the reason the estimate was so high was because of the Freon that they would need to put in. He let me know that if the $1,825.00 was too high- that he may have another unit at his shop that he may be able to give to us for a cheaper price.

The technition was very professional. Did a great job, I would hire this company again when needed.

Great service. Initial deal covered 7 vents; paid a little extra for the rest. The machine used a high-speed brush/vacuum system to remove debris on the inside of the vents from the duct back through the ductwork. Only required removing the vent, about 5 minutes of brushing, and restoring the vent. Moved quickly and cleaned up the small amount of debris that fell from the vents after removing the machines. Neat and tidy.

During a cold snap, the heater was not working. I called AC Guys based on other reviews and they were able to send guys to get the heat working the very same day, even though it was Sunday. They promptly diagnosed and fixed the faulty circuit breakers. I also asked for a consultation on two low-output vents in two bedrooms. We scheduled a more extensive inspection for the following week. They didn't even charge for the second visit.

Very professional service - we called AC Guys and they sent a representative who evaluated our old heat pump and concurred with previous individuals that the old unit needed to be replaced. We were so impressed with Donavan's knowledge of the various options and he went into detail regarding various prices/pro and cons of several different makes and their various models. He was very attentive to our concerns and patient with our slow decision-making. Donavan is very personable, polite and professional. Once we made the decision we had a quick installation date. The installation went great - Morris arrived on time and was professional and very pleasant. He ran the new unit for an hour and then rechecked the unit to make sure everything was working properly before he left. He left the work area spotless and the final charge was exactly the estimate - no hidden charges. We are very happy with our new Rheem unit (so far) and love the people in this company. The unit is much quieter than our old Carrier and noise was one of our big concerns. We are happy we went with AC Guys

I took advantage of an Angie's List deal and extended it to cover cleaning of all my ducts. They were great; professional, courteous and the job was done well.

Morris was on time, professional and did an outstanding job. He was very meticulous in his work - no cutting corners. My friend witnessed his work is going to change companies!

Don the technician came right away after I called about an appointment. He found that one of the thermostat's batteries had leaked and shut down the thermostat so the A/C unit kept running colder and colder. He cleaned out the connections and we put in new batteries and all was well. I also had him check the A/C unit outside and he gave me some good advice about not having to pour a complete cement slab under unit, that we could purchase a pre-made slab to put under the unit since it was a small unit and lightweight. Don was very helpful and honest. I would definitely recommend this company. Also I got a good deal on the service call because of Angie's List that the company was running a discount at the time.

Ben and Mike came out right on time and explained what they were going to do. They also told me why some of the ducts were not necessary to clean because they were on a daisy which I felt was very honest and professional. They also suggested putting a couple of filters in and showed me where to put bleach in the tube which I really appreciated. They were very good at what they do and both very personable young men.

Tech team arrived in window of time as promised, and even called ahead so we would have an ETA. Provided great service, and reviewed that our system was larger than the deal purchased, allowing us to decide how to handle the extra vents. They provided some suggestions on which should be cleaned and which we could skip if we needed to control the costs. The techs performed all the service quickly and with minimum of intrusion and fuss, and reviewed afterward. They pointed out some small amount of PM we'll need in the future and quoted a price, but were not pushy, and gave a window for how long we could go without. Overall, one of the best AC service calls I've had in the 18 years I've lived in FL. Highly recommend them.
