On June 3, 2016 David and another man showed up as scheduled. We had requested an a/c clean and service only. Neither man was dressed as you might expect for a technician; they were dressed more like salesmen with clean shoes, nice shirts, etc. The weirdest thing is they were at our home with us for 3-1/2 hours, but spent less than 15 minutes looking at and explaining to us the condition of our unit. The coils were really caked with debris and dust. This was why we had them out in the first place. These guys did not even bother to use a brush to remove any debris so they could see the coils. Instead they tried to convince us that the only way to clean it would be to spray it with a harsh chemical that would bubble up and then hose it off. David then said that they would be doing us a disservice to do that, because if they did, the chemical would destroy our coils since they were (in their opinion) in such bad shape. At that point David said that he was actually refusing to do any service on our unit because if they did and the coils got destroyed then we would still have to get a new unit. He was adamant about not being willing to service the unit. We then went inside and we sat in the living room while they gave us their sales pitch and estimate. The paper they gave us, which we still have 8 months later, says: coil completely impacted, pressure is low. They quoted $4550 for a 3 ton 14 seer unit plus a new concrete pad, if needed. Freon replacement was NOT on the estimate, which explains other reviews that express surprise when charged extra for freon. At the bottom in big letters where the customer would normally sign to accept the quote, it says Estimate Only. During the 3-1/2 hour visit David and buddy were very cordial and easy to talk to. I was in shock that they stayed so long but let them go on to see how far they would go. We told jokes and it was a friendly visit, but right from the start we knew something didn't seem quite right. We told them that we were going to get another estimate and would call if we decided to move forward. Another red flag was that we never even received a follow-up call from them. We contacted someone else who cleaned the coils for us. His total charge was less than $50 and it took him less than an hour. The unit has been working perfectly ever since which is for the last 8 months! It is still working great. It made it through the entire summer and we've even used a/c this winter when we've had hot Florida days. AVOID THE AC GUYS! Run the other way.

Very well. Justin and Jesus were very through. I wanted to clean the air ducts in an effort to clear up a cough that started during a remodel. They were very professional and customer service oriented. I received a heads up phone call as they were departing for my house and they arrived on time, as scheduled. I had mold that had recently formed on the vents and I was concerned about the cause. They assessed my A/C unit, my ducts and vents and then they addressed my concerns. They cleaned my ducts and vents in a very reasonable amount of time and maintained a friendly professionalism for the duration of their visit. This was my first time hiring A/C Guys, Inc. and they earned my future business.

Great! Used them a couple times with deals, and they provide exactly as advertised, no hidden fees. Most recently called them back for an issue, no coupon but very reasonable rate. They were professional, cleaned up after each duct and even helped replace light bulbs in myceiling fan which is over ten ft high, since they were up there already! The special was for 7 ducts cleaned and sanitized, $35 for any additional ducts. I will definitely recommend & use them again!!!! Thanks Justin & Jeren- great job.

This company is amazing. I have very busy schedule and I have very little time to get things done. When our air conditioning went down. I called several companies and the only one that really showed they cared about my issue was AC GUYS. From the office staff to the techs and the owners this company made my issue the center of their concerns and owns the problem and went into action. I now have a brand new Rheem 15 efficiency unit and they gave me 18 months same as cash financing at no additional charge. I would recommend this company to everyone. WOW! Can I give them a A++++? Called these guys to service a unit for rental house on our property. We had just bought the property and knew things needed work. Two young guys pulled up. My thoughts where you've got to be kidding, they sent 2 kids out here that don't know anything. Oh boy, was I so WRONG. David called before he showed, arrived when he said he would be here. Checked out my unit very thoroughly, unfortunately there was nothing they could do to save it, prior owners messed things up. Very, very pleasant, extremely knowledgeable, and efficient. Since there was nothing they could do to save that unit, they looked at my main unit, assured me all was good. (They didn't have to do that) We discussed options for the rental house, he gave me honest opinions. I could have easily went to Home Depot and slapped a couple of window units in and be done with it. Instead I decided to purchase a new system for the rental house from them and have them install it.

David inspected the old A/C unit. He explained and showed me that the coils were all rusted and one of the interior air return vents needed to be expanded which explained why the A/C was underperforming. He explained to me the pros and cons of replacing the unit. He was extremely knowledgeable and convinced me to replace the unit. A worker (Chris) showed up the next day and installed the new unit, replaced the thermostat, and expanded the air vent. I would highly recommend AC Guys. David was very professional and he's a friendly, likeable guy.

The service went great. Justin & Meleke arrived on time, were efficient, professional, explained things as needed and did an excellent job cleaning up after themselves.

Two gentlemen, Justin & Meleke, promptly showed up and performed the work of cleaning and sanitizing my air ducts with minimal disruption to my day. They performed the work quickly and restored everything to its proper place. Justin volunteered all information to make sure I understood what work they'd be doing and answered any of my questions. These guys were very personable, prompt and efficient so I'd definitely recommend them.

Very well. He pointed out a couple of issues that needed watching. Otherwise, everything was cleaned or inspected for normal operation.

New unit was ordered, The following day, Sunday the installation team Chris and Mike installed the unit. They also were great customer service representatives.

It went so smoothly we couldn't believe it. I Didn't know there was an air conditioner company that worked on weekends! The old one was checked on Saturday and a new one was installed on Sunday. Everyone involved was very polite and professional.

AC Guys Inc. Sept 14/2016 Like most houses in florida we a central AC unit that has been working fine for the last few years. Like every other mechanical machine things goes bad once in while. I guess it was our turn this week. Our AC unit Blow Motor when out and we needed to replace the motor. Called AC Guys and they quote me $1400 to replace the motor, they came in and replace the unit. Check that everything was fine until I check the unit they installed. It a MOT15033 which is not a 1 HP unit, and most incredible the this unit only cost $445.73, they are charging me a $1000 dollar to replace this unit. AC Guys just stole from me and my family. I should have them taken the unit out and should have gotten the unit myself, but I have a family that would make it difficult to live in a house with the temp at about 100 degree. If anyone is doing business with AC Guys please note that they will try to steal from you. Do your homework, get different quotes, these guys are not to be trusted. I only hope that the AC stay working because I do not want to deal with these AC Guys again. They will blindly robbed you.

Very Good. The workers were very polite, cleaned up after themselves and extremely responsive. The duct work had major issues feeding the master bath. We agreed on a price and a plan of attack. The work was done but we still didn't have enough air flow to cool the bathroom. AC Guys ownership reviewed the work and came up with another solution. They came out and completed the revised fix and did not charge one penny more. The air flow is working now. I would recommend this company to anyone with HVAC issues.
