Description of Work: I told them the mounting concrete slab they installed was too big so they removed it before continuing with the installation. They were in error about there being no charge for an 18-month loan payment plan and they reimbursed me the $29 fee that I was charged.

Description of Work: Duct cleaning which was needed due to construction dirt in ducts. |Additional cost was due to additional vents. |We still experenced dust coming from ducts after they said they were cleaned. |On July 10 2015, we had Dr. Energy Saver a division of Munn's H.V.A.C. the contractor who installed the system come out to clean the ducts for an additional cost of $477.00. We definitely were not satisfied with the service performed by them.

I totally understand that I'm out of their service area but it should have been brought to my attention when we were scheduling the appointment.
