Description of Work: The original job was for drywall patching and repairing in preparation to paint. Not long into the job a wet patch of wall was found, and underneath we found a leaky pipe that had caused not only dry wall damage, but that had rotted part of the stud. The team assigned to us were well versed in general handy work and had no trouble maneuvering their priorities and ended up fixing the leak, the stud AND the drywall. They hussled to complete the project in the allotted time. They were skilled, professional, contientious and reasonably priced.
