Terrible experience. Absolutely miserable. The guy came and the first thing he said was that I've got to eat lunch. They have come to work and not to eat lunch. The guy from where I purchased the product came and he told me it is very easy and I he came to show me how to do it. He said all you need is a pair of scissors, a knife and a yardstick and this guy did not even any tools. Not even a pair of scissors. I feel he is beyond F. He is the reason that I am not even on Angie's list. Because they recommended this person and he is worst. I told him that he came noon very early in the morning or late in the evening and he was here by high noon. Since it was noon he wanted to have lunch. He didn't want to work.

It didn't. They never returned my call or message.

Everything was fine but I was upset because the Big Deal promised something and they couldn’t deliver what I was needing. I felt like it was an upsell situation. They were responsive when I purchased the Big Deal with trying to get the work scheduled .

I called them and they came out for an estimate. I had issues scheduling them for the work. They didn’t end up doing the work for me. I had the deal refunded.

That turned out fine. They did the roof, the house as well as the pavers around it. Two employees came out and it took them about a couple hours. One employee did spend a couple hours alone on the roof. This was done on a one story home.

They came on time and did the Job to our complete satisfaction

The service man came promptly. He plastered over all of my cracks. I cannot even tell that we had cracks now. He even volunteered to stay and do the painting. We would definitely use this service again.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It worked out fine. The price was good. It was $99 for 3 hours, which was good. They were good. They were there on time and finished the work on time.

Bought an Angie's List coupon for 3 hours of drywall work. House was recently remodeled and some of the drywall needed to be finished off. Just small details. They came and did the work and it went very well.

I did not use the service, which was in Ocala and not Gainesville. After initially making contact, they did not return other calls and so I requested (and received) a refund from Angie's List.

They pulled up in a Chrysler Sebring convertible and all of the things he used to pressure washed were in the front seat. He didn't seem like he knew what he was doing. I had to walk around with him and point out things with a scrub broom that he missed during the wash. We asked him why he didn't use soap and he stated he didn't do that on houses. We followed him around with a push broom as well due to the mess on the ground. We had to clean the windows as well after he left because he didn't wash off the debris after the service.

I called and tried to schedule the work for a couple months later and they told me that they would call me back. I hadn't heard from them when I travelled out of the country and when I returned and tried to schedule my work again, I was told they were no longer in business.

Pablo Painting didn't turn out to be very good. As a matter of fact, I haven't gotten any return phone calls from him. There were three spots in my home that needed attention. They were very minor water damages type thing. On the two wall areas, the gentlemen did an excellent work. In my solarium, I had a ceiling that needed to be done. He worked on it and it was horrible. I said to him, "Look. That doesn't match the existing ceiling at all. Not at all. My husband could have done that job but a professional. I wanted it to match." He says, "I agree with you. Ceilings aren't my forte. I had other work that I would have liked to have done and I was gathering estimates on it. So he said, "When we come back to give you an estimate on the other work that you'd like to have done, we'll fix it." Well, their estimator came in and took all the stuff to give me an estimate. He wasn't prepared to do it. He said, "I didn't know that I was supposed to do anything. Nor do I do stuff like that." These guys came from another city which was pretty far. I was pretty passive about it and said, "You know what? When you guys are in the area, if you could give me a phone call to let me know, you could work on it then, instead of making a trip just for this. Just call me." So I waited like three months and nothing. So I called and the line is disconnected. So I went and called the other office and they said Pablo is sick and has taken off from work for a few months. I said, "Is it possible that you can finish the ceiling, because it looks really bad?" They said, "Let us talk about it over the weekend and we'll get back with you." They never got back with me. But it wasn't really their obligation. It was really the first gentleman. They're linked but they're independent.Two of the spots were done well. I didn't really want to be mean about this. But it is frustrating. I wanted to be fair about not pushing that, unless they were in our area.

They were good. We had extensive repair and he worked the entire time.

They did a great job with the installation of the ceiling fan and light fixture. They cleaned up well after their work. The caulking in the bathroom was done nicely except that the color of the caulk did not match exactly with what we had. Unfortunately, they were not able to complete everthing: They were not able to fix the sealant around the bathroom door, install a doorknocker, and could not retouch scratchs on the baseboards. We were supposed to have the supplies for them to complete the work. I did not have any baseboard puddy. The screw for the doorknocker was too small for our door and they did not have any screws with them that would have worked. They also asked to take a sample of the silicon sealant wtih them to a complany that deals with shower doors and get back to us. We never did get the sample they took. They had called us a couple of weeks later saying that they could not come back and fix the bathroom door seal.

They kept their appointment punctually and provided a comprehensive estimate. Unfortunately, they were not selected to do the work because they make it clear they would not be able to begin the work for several days. I greatly appreciated their honesty in telling me up front that there would be a delay; I accepted a bid from a vendor who was able to start immediately.

.I did not think he was that great. I really don't think he is a drywall person. I don't believe that he know what he was doing. We had to finish it after he left. He charged 99 dollars. He was professional, but I would not use him again in the future. He was a nice guy, I hate to give him a bad report, but I know a lot about texturizing walls.

As usual Majestic Contractors did very good work. They were a bit late but not really their fault as the neighborhood is so new that it does not show up on GPS. This is the second time we use them and will continue to do so.

They were just too busy to take the job and they were in over their heads. They blew me off. They didn't show up for two scheduled appointments and I will not be contacting them again. But I wanted my money back and I knew I had to play the game. But if I were Angie's List, I wouldn't even want them on my site. They were just terrible. I bought one of the big deals, when you guys run the specials for handyman services. And I had two scheduled appointments, the first one was to come out and assess the job and give me an idea of what they could do. And then, on top of that, they were gonna charge me more once they determined what the work was, which wasn't in the fine print. It was a really bad experience. There was no follow-through. Their lack of intent to follow-through stuck out. They knew what was going on and misled me, made me think that they were showing up when they weren't. I waited at home two days for them to come and they never came.

I called many many times over the course of the year I had the Big Deal, but was never able to reach them. The most recent time I tried to call them, their phone was disconnected so it sounds like they are out of business.
