Description of Work: after several rescheduled appointments with several different excuses...including two entire days waiting with no show, no call. I finally recieved the $99.00 special which consisted of repairing a hole and slapping some compound on my walls in my great room. I was not aware that dry wall repair did not include sanding or at least applying smoothly. The entire time dealing with this company I was constantly asked to do a good review on angie's list for him..i do not want to have this type of experience again so I will give an honost review so that others don't make the same mistake I did

Description of Work: I called to set up service and was told someone would call me back next day. Two weeks later I called again to complain and someone left me message they were sorry and would give job to another person who would be calling me to set up arrangements. I am STILL waiting. This company is so bad that I have requested my money back, but they will not do it. I feel used and taken advantage of. Others I have used through Angie's list were good, kept their word. This company I would not keep n your site. If you can help me get my money back (I am a senior and live under poverty level, it would be a great help.

Description of Work: ALL IN ALL MOST OF THIS IS YOUR DOING, ASSIGNING A PERSON WHO LIVES 3 HOURS AWAY FROM ME. I DON'T BLAME HIM--HE MAKES NOTHING FOR THE JOB AND HAD THE COURTESY TO CALL ME AND EXPLAIN. I E-MAILED YOU ABOUT THIS AND WAS SUPPOSED TO RECEIVE AN ANSWER WITHIN 24 HOURS--IT HAS BEEN 2 DAYS AND NO ANSWER. I WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP. ALL THE PEOPLE YOU RECOMMEND ARE TOO FAR AWAY. ALSO, I NEED A REFUND ON MY $99.00.

Description of Work: Red Brush Services in NOT a local company. They are in Oregon, and I live in Orlando, FL area. They did not come on the date agreed to, gave an excuse, re-set a date, changed that, then sent a nice sub-contractor who drove 1.5 hrs on a Saturday to do the job. He was good, but Red Brush Services will not be my choice ever again Angies List needs to inform when service providers are not local.

Description of Work: Have never heard a so-called professional complain so much about what should have been a simple job. Took him over two hours to install one ceiling fan. It took my friend 45 minutes to install the second one that he didn't have time to do. I had to show him how to handle a simple problem, which he didn't want to listen to. All in all, it was a terrible experience. I couldn't wait for him to leave!

Description of Work: Mark painted over and under a screen enclosure that had a couple areas very difficult to reach. He did much of his work from a rooftop. The work was done very well. I wasn't sure if some of the areas could be reached, but Mark did it all in the 3 hr. time span. The initial scheduling with Red Brush had a glitch due to a staff change and caused me some lost time; but when Mark was put on the job, everything was completed very satisfactorily.

Description of Work: Purchased two coupons for bedroom painting since it was a good deal. When the painter arrived it was obvious he was not a professional painter as he had no equipment including ladders. How can you expect to paint a room without ladders? I had to borrow one from my neighbor and then it took 2 days to paint the two rooms....would give him C as he did not tape off any of the woodwork and I will need to sand and repaint some....hard working nice guy but not a painter..

Description of Work: I purchased a coupon for 3 hours of interior painting for $99. The area to be painted is one large open area containing the sunroom, family room, and kitchen. The kitchen is 3/4 papered, and only approx. 3 feet above the cabinets needs painting. Upon purchasing the coupon, I called and left a message. Louis returned my call extremely fast (I was very impressed), and he was simply a pleasure to speak with. He explained what his schedule looked like and said he would call me back in a couple days to schedule a visit to quote the entire job (which would include the coupon price). And believe it or not, he really did call back when he said he would. We scheduled a time for him to come to the house...he arrived on time, looked over the area and said he would call with a quote. Of course, he did within 2 days!!! I am now at the point of scheduling a time for the actual painting to take place. Louis was available to do the job this last weekend, but because of a conflict in my schedule, I have had to put it off, but Louis kindly rescheduled to meet my convenience. Once the job is finished, I will complete my review. As it stands right now---I am pleased and impressed.
