The job was very well done. The workman, Michael Orlando, who came out to do the job was meticulous, friendly, and professional. While he was working in each of the areas he would request that I inspect the completed work to make sure that I was satisfied. At one point I suggested that he redo an area of caulking; he did so without any hesitation. After he completed the work all the areas we cleaned of any debris and materials. Also he was great in terms of communication. He called me ahead of time to let me know when he was on his way to my home. Michael was also punctual. I was very happy with the finished product. I highly recommend Red Brush. They deserve an A+ based upon my experience!!!!

I had been looking for a long time for someone to re-caulk around the shower floor because it had become discolored with mold (I think). However I could not find a handyman to do it When I saw this bargain on Angie's list I decided to try them and I was not disappointed. I was very pleased with the service that was performed - it gave the bathroom an instant lift. Mike came on time at 9am. He did all the caulking that was needed in the shower - places that I had not previously spotted. He also did caulking around the floor for the rest of the bathroom as well as the two sinks. He spent much longer than the required time and did not charge for overage. I would certainly use them again for any other handyman services that I need.

I purchased and Angie's List Big Deal for "$99 for 3 hours of grout and caulk repair restoration" I contacted the company for an aapointment and they were able to come out the same week which was great as my shower was really a mess. When Mike got here, he advised me that the deal did not include any grout work. Huh?? It says grout right on the deal wording which is still shown on Angie's LIst. I deceided to proceed as he was already there and the caulk the shower( no grout work as I had hoped to receive) . The caulking work was satisfactory. But 3 hours for one shower and one kitchen sink recaluk for $99? It gives me heartburn as I right this as I don;t feel I got a good deal, nor got what I paid for. The workman, Mike, also stated I needed to pay $15 for the caulk which I paid ontop of the $99. At completion of the work Mike stated I needed to fill out the Angie's list review so he could turn it in that day. I gave a good review, as he is standing right in front of me while I fill it out. So I wanted to write my real opinion on here for others using this deal. In summary, I am overall dissatified due to teh following: 1) $99 does NOT included any grouting as is stated on the deal purchased 2) Materials are extra- not as big of an issue. 3) Being asked to complete the Angie's list review on ths pot. I do not like this at all. It makes me think they are working to get good reviews to get more business rather than doing a good job. I would not use this service again. Update 5/4/12 I discussed my concerns with the owner. He explained that there was an issue with his companies licences in Florida ( he provides handyman services in other states today) he was not aware of Florida license requirements when the Angie's List big deal was offered. He was not able to do the grout work due to these issues. I can appreciate that a as business he wanted to assure that he was operating with the proper license required to do the grout work.. He also agreed to provide me a refund to me 2/3rd's of what I paid for this deal. I have updated my report and provide a B rating versus D as I feel that this business addressed my concerns and worked to a resolution. It's unfortunate that this issue happened and I appreciate that this business cares about their reputation and worked to do what is right.

Red brush person called in morning to say he would be late over all he did a good job on shower he had caulk with him.

They showed up as agreed, and completed the work to satisfaction. One area customer was not pleased and the company came back to reclean the area. The boss wanted to please and make sure the customer was satisfied.

Very rewarding experience & excellent value. Bathrooms look almost new. Mike did a great job.

My kitchen and bathroom leaked from the upper condo. After Red Brush finished, the rooms looked like new.

Mike arrived at the appointed time and got right to work. He is very friendly and thorough. He did all the work we had discussed during the estimate - and did it with a smile. I felt like I could trust him. He cleaned up after himself as well, which was really nice. The owner, Gent, is very good about responding to calls and he is courteous and friendly. I will use them again if need be, and would surely recommend them to others.
