They were late, in a rush to get to their next job, consequently the quality of work was mediocre.

I called them, but it took 10 days to even schedule the walk-through. The day before the walk-through, they called and canceled. I called and emailed, and finally got through to them. I don’t want an estimate, I just want them to do the work. They don't seem to be able to do the work, so I'm going to get a refund.

I called and spoke with the gentleman that was on the instructions for the deal. He was suppose to call me back, but never did. I called to ask for a refund of the deal about a week or so later. Angie's List contacted them to help schedule the service, but when they did provide the estimate it was higher than expected so we decided to ask for a refund from Angie's List.

Mark, the painter from Red Brush, did an excellent job and he worked fast. He was professional and punctual. I am very happy with the results and would use this service again.

We bought the Angie's list big deal to have two bedrooms painted. We called to schedule on a Thursday, the painter came out on Sat. to look at the job and then came on tuesday to do the painting. He did a great job and was very professional. We are very happy with his work.

Tony is committed to providing quality work. He clearly strives for client satisfaction. He and Shane worked as long as it took to get the project completed, even though it took a bit longer than originally estimated. They were both very personable which made it comfortable to have them in my home. I will definitely have them back for more work. I highly recommend this company to others.

Red Brush did not do any work and we are asking for our money back.

There are a lot of companies that provide drywall service and many do it well. One of the things that differentiate our experience with Red Brush Services is the customer service. First of all, Yasmine and Alton arrived promptly to make the estimate. We accepted the proposal as being fair and scheduled to work to be performed. I must point out that Alton's trowel work is excellent, resulting in almost no need for sanding. This was very important to my wife and I as we did not have to deal with a dust problem. Furthermore, Alton skim coated exposed areas that were rough due to wall paper being removed, leaving these areas ready to paint. In fact, the Overall, the techniques that Alton used were more time consuming than other techniques that he could have used. But the benefits more than justify the $825 fee that we paid. Follow-up with Yasmine has also been excellent. We are very likely to use Red Brush services again and have no reservations about referring them.

Pleasant people, hard working, and got the job done. Scheduling a challenge but they did the best they could do.

I got a very bad impression from the beginning when calling this company and them not calling me back. I felt like they made excuses for not doing the work and were ultimately not interested. When I called the company to cancel the Big Deal they seemed like they didn't even want the job and just said "okay". I was willing to pay extra money, but they didn't even want the job.

Had some challenges setting up appt but once painters were here they took on my challenging paint job with grace speed and professionalism.

- I bought a $99 groupon. - I called and spoke, in detail, about my repair and scheduled a time to have it done. - The worker showed up that day, stating that he didn't have the materials he needed and was running behind. He wanted to reschedule and promised that if I let him, he would do a great job. We rescheduled. - He didn't show up on our rescheduled date. - I called the office. The owner said that the worker had called him with concerns about the size of the job and the need for extra materials. Nobody had bothered to call to tell me he wouldn't be showing up! - The owner begged for a second chance and said he would even refund my $99 and do it for free to get a A rating on Angie's List. Then he put me on hold and spoke to the worker. When he came back, he offered to do another easier project in my house for the $99 I had spent, and come out to give me an estimate on the repair we had previously scheduled! - I cancelled and had another company, Re Nu Ceilings, do it. They were able to complete the repair in 2 hours and it looks like it is brand new!

Larry did a great job, clean work, polite with tenants, fair priced. Will work with again.

They are very thorough and neat. They did a great job. They also showed up when they said they would.

I do not know who the owner of Red Brush services is,but he or she should feel lucky to have such great guys on their team. I am over the moon pleased and will most certainly use their service again. handy man was honest that he couldn't perform all the grouting I was hoping for on the bathroom floor. Finished sealing in about an hour.

Overall I was very pleased with the results and would use this company again.
