Description of Work: He showed up when promised, tested all zones and sprinklers, replaced 2 defective heads (this was an additional cost beyond the inspection Deal, as expected), showed us how to adjust the timer, and explained some other things we could do ourselves (and did do, successfully).

Description of Work: I had called another sprinkler "specialist" to locate and replace a defective valve that was flooding the backyard. The guy showed up 2 hours late in an empty pick up truck with no supplies, and got angry at ME when I inquired about his punctuality. That's when I called The Lawn Doctor. Lloyd returned my call within 10 minutes, said he would squeeze me in later that day and arrived exactly when he said he would...with a truck full of a wide variety of sprinkler supplies. He found the valve in a very antiquated system (not an easy process), and proceeded to excavate and replace it. It was a very old component, but he even had one in the truck. He was fast, extremely friendly & knowledgable and even reset my sprinkler computer for free. I wouldn't hesitate to call The Lawn Doctor again. It's rare to find excellent customer service these days, but that's just what I received from Lloyd and his company.

Description of Work: There were actually 2 visits, 10/10 and 10/16. Repaired sprinkler pipes uprooted by construction workers on the first visit. Reconnected pipe not found on the first visit and also repaired a leak at my irrigation water meter, plus straightening concrete meter box which Maitland water service refused to do.

Description of Work: Nice fella. I felt rushed. did not do a full inspection of system... Sprinkler did not come up the next day. Had to call him back. Months ago having issue with one zone not working. the grass is dead... had to go down to the valve to turn on now. he closed some sprinkler, see dead spots in lawn. Spent more than the service provided. Want him to do well with his business. I don't need a call back, but just want to share with ya'll so he may want to improve in his business where needed. Thanks.
