Christian came out and diagnosed the problem and went to action. He not only repositioned the heads, he also assessed or entire 11 zone setup and made the necessary corrections. He did an amazing job!

Lloyd and Christian of Lawn MD just repaired our sprinklers in our front yard. They arrived exactly on time, where very polite and friendly, efficient with the repairs, and fair with the price. Lloyd also explained thouroughly the reason the pipe was broken and what to watch for in the future. I highly recommend Lawn MD and will most definately call them for all of our future irrigation needs.

I was very pleased with the responsiveness, quality and cost of the service. We have a very complex irrigation system and they could have easily told us we needed to replace the whole timer, but instead they researched the problem, found a replacement part (even when the manufacturer's own website said there weren't any and to just replace the whole unit) and installed it easily. I would definitely call them again the next time we need help with our irrigation system.

In a word, it went great! Lloyd and Christian showed up exactly on time and I walked them through the concerns/problems I had with my existing sprinkler system including areas that were not getting water and a problem area that was getting too much water. After our initial walk around, they got to work. Within two hours they had checked all of our sprinkler heads, added a sprinkler head to provide coverage for an area that was getting no water and discovered not one but two sprinkler heads that the landscaper we used to install landscape cloth and rock beds in a couple of areas had left in place but simply covered up. These two heads were causing a water problem on my side yard that I had mistakenly thought was a runoff issue from the property up the hill. When they were done they showed me the work they had completed and made sure I was happy and gave me some tips on changing my watering schedule to better work with the clay soil I have. They were both very friendly, professional and great to work with. I'll be calling them again if I need work done in the future.

The work required more time than anticipated because fence installers had damaged two areas of the system without telling me. Lawn MD worked tirelessly until the system was fully functioning again. Super nice people.

We had a busted flex hose in our front yard. I left a voicemail on a Sunday and received a phone call first thing Monday morning. Very polite and professional and were able to schedule me Monday aftetnoon. The two men that came out were very professional. They advised me of what they were doing as they completed the task. They then took time out to go over my lawn irrigation system with me. Overall I am very pleased and will be calling them again should we need repair services.

Very professional staff, completed the work in a very timely fashion at a very good price. They repaired a broken sprinkler pipe, replaced a number of faulty sprinkler heads, made adjustments to the entire automated irrigation system and made specific recommendations for future system use.

I called the company this morning explaining to them the sprinkler' problem. They sent somebody the same day. He show up on time and explained to me what was wrong with the system. He change the controller box and fix a zone that was not working. Very happy with the service.

One of the zones of our yard had stopped working for years so we decided to get that checked out by The Lawn Md. We got the appointment, Lloyd came on time, made an assessment and worked on the items that needed repairs. Although my husband had been told previously about the service charge and the hourly rate, we were surprised how much we ended up paying for the parts. Here's what the itemized work receipt looked like: $30 for service charge + $80 for the 1st hour of labor + $ 100 for the additional 1.25 hour + $110 for parts, totaling $320. The Lawn Md solved the problem, however, we regret badly not having gotten quotes from other companies. Next time, we will request a written estimate before hiring any company.
