This company was extremely helpful. We had two sprinkler heads break, and in the Florida summer heat, we were in dire need to have them fixed before we started losing grass and plants. My schedule is difficult at best to work with and they just kept working hard to get it scheduled ASAP to help us out. They arrived on schedule, completed all work quickly and even helped us by cleaning out other heads that were clogged. They couldn't have been more polite, or professional. I whole heartedly recommend this company!! Thanks again LLOYD!

My neighbor pointed to me that my sprinkler system was leaking as he found a lot of water coming out of my grass in his driveway. I immediately looked up Angie's List and found excellent reviews for "The Lawn MD". I contacted them at 7:30am and left a message. Sarah contacted me at around 9:30am and said Llyod could come by and see me in the morning itself as he was on a job nearby. Llyod showed up at the the promised time of 11am and dug around the valve area where the water was coming out from . He immediately spotted the leak due to a pipe that had come off loose from the valve. The whole valve replacement that was done by a previous repair company was done very wrong and the tension in the joints had lead to the pipe to lose connection to the valve. Llyod patiently removed all the old pieces as that was the only way to fix this issue and completed the job replacing both the pipes and various pieces of pipes to get it all back up and running.I was with him during the entire work and his work is done very professionally. The labor took much longer due to the complicated nature of the valve replacement (small space - not much room to maneuver), but his charges were reasonable for the parts he replaced. I am very satisfied with the work done and will highly recommend Lloyd to anyone who needs work done on their sprinkler system. ve.

Lloyd came to our home, as scheduled, and spent 2 hrs. in the rain, trying to figure out the issue. He suggested we contact OUC to have them check the pressure in the lines which they did the next day and made some adjustments so everything was working properly. Lloyd came back promptly to follow up even though our system was now working correctly. He was extremely professional and friendly and we would definitely use him again in the future and highly recommend him to anyone having irrigation issues!!

I told Lloyd that I was planning to sell my home and didn't want to spend a fortune on replacing all the heads which is what another vendor suggested I do. Lloyd replaced a few of the broken heads and straightened out and adjusted the others.

Lloyd was extremely professional and pleasant. The workmanship was top notch and I really appreciated his taking the time to give me some ideas at more efficient ways to water certain areas.

He checked all 5 zones and ensured that all the heads are working fine. He replaced the ones that are not functioning properly and relocated some heads that are not in the right place. During the process, he has to cut through some roots and extend some sprinkler tails. Finally he recommended to install a new rain sensor and taught me how to do it myself. He is knowledgable and courteous. The job was done in around 2 hours. The money I spent was well worth it.

I called, and Lloyd was able to be over the next day. His wife answers the phone, and is always most charming; listens to your problem and is very helpful. True to form, Lloyd was there the next day, precisely at the time agreed. He remembered us from the first visit, and went directly to work at the site of the problem. Turns out, the irrigation system was installed years ago when the house was built, and all things were fresh, small and new. Much time has passed, and what was once a small oak tree is now a monster, the roots of which were impeding and hampering the function of part of the sprinkler system. Lloyd sawed through roots, cleared the problem and proposed comprehensive and affordable solutions.He was remarkable, and solved the first problem quickly and effectively. He next found the malfunction in the zone that was not responding and immediately fixed that. He went on from there to inspect, repair and make necessary adjustments to the rest of the system, leaving it fully functional and performing to its full capacity! His prices were more than fair and very deserving. I will ALWAYS call The Lawn MD with Lloyd Huebler for ANY irrigation system need!

He speculated it was the rain sensor. I was somewhat familiar with the current setup and told him the controller has the sensor connections jumpered together. He asked if there was another older rain sensor that would be mounted to the house/gutters. I said yes and he explained before modern sensors the rain sensor was connected directly to the valves. I am a DIY guy so I asked if I could just cut the wire from the sensor and jumper it together. He said yes and that should do the trick. That was the issue and I was able to get my irrigation system running again. Lloyd is a quality guy and a rare type in the business world today. He could have fit me into today and charged me an hour of work to solve a simple problem. Instead he offered a simple solution that worked for me. Thank you Lloyd. Lloyd did a fantastic job with 6 zones that needed major adjusting and repair. Lloyd didn't skimp on quality or workmanship in the time he was at my home. Everything that he did is in perfect working condition and now my grass and vegetation has come back to life. I appreciated Lloyd's attentiveness, professionalism, and communication. erLloyd was very professional. He called to say he was running early and asked if I was available as opposed to just arriving early and catching me off guard. He was efficient and knowledgeable which is very refresh as many companies hire "green" employees who know very little about what they're doing. I'm having him come back as soon as my plants and trees are planted to reconfigure my sprinkler system.

FANTASTIC!!!! Lloyd is a consummate professional and an absolute gentleman! We has a pool installed in Sept/Oct 2010, so the irrigation system had been dug up and haphazardly re-installed, but it seemed ok. Grass wasn't dying, so we put off getting the irrigation system looked at. Big mistake! In February, I was packing to go on a business trip, reached into the bottom of the closet for a pair of shoes and realized they were soaking wet on the bottom. Upon further inspection, the whole corner of the closet was soaked. Since our master bedroom closet sits right next to our shower, I assumed it was a leaky pipe, so I called our plumber. He came out, took a look and couldn't find any kind of leak. He suggested we call the Leak Doctor to figure out where the water was coming from. After a $295 - 20 minute visit, the Leak Doctor determined that the water was actually coming from where our sprinkler system was hitting the house and the water was coming in through a crack in our stucco. Ohhhhh, the beauties of living in Florida! I called 3 companies to get estimates for fixing the irrigation system, all "A" grade Angie's List members. The first company gave us an estimate for $460 and the second (which had done work for us before) came in at $650. Both recommended massive replacement of sprinkler heads that were functioning just fine, they just weren't pointed the right way. I was ready to go with the $460 company until Lloyd showed up. He walked over the system and made recommendations. I shared with him the other 2 estimates. He said they were overkill. If I wanted my lawn to look like a golf course, then maybe, but we have 4 kids and our lawn is functional - swing set, baseball, etc. I don't want a lawn that the kids to have to stay off of. Lloyd's total - $240 and our lawn has NEVER looked better. I'm not usually one who goes for the cheaper price just because it's cheaper, but here it just made sense.

Lloyd was punctual, knowledgeable and professional. I have dealt with many irrigation companies over the years and most overcharged and underperformed. Lloyd was the exact opposite of that and I would feel confident in recommending his company to anyone. My system was a mess when he arrived, but is fully functioning now. He was very generous with his knowledge and gave me many helpful tips that I can follow to make the system work more efficiently. I am a very grateful to have found a fair, honest irrigation specialist who knows what he is doing and does it right! The price was more than reasonable for all that he did and the amount of time that it required.

Owner Lloyd called within a day or so of my coupon purchase on Angie’s List to schedule a service time. He arrived 5 minutes early and was very knowledgeable about my system. He was very thorough in his check-up. Price was more than fair. I did have to pay for a couple of replacement sprinkler heads but that was no big deal. Will call Lloyd next time I need any sprinkler maintenance. Thank you!

He did a great job. He got the system running again, adjusted several of the irrigation heads, and fixed a lead that was found, all in a short time and on short notice.

Service provider called me back promptly, accepted Angies list coupon, checked my system completely, changed a couple broken heads and was done in about a half hour. Very prompt, efficient and it looks like he did good work. I had a sprinkler guy I used for years that retired two years ago and no one had checked my system last year as I could not find another service I felt comfortable with. I hope The Lawn MD is around for a long time..I have my new sprinkler guy now!

I selected The Lawn MD from Angie's List as they had all A's and were also offering a tune-up special. Lloyd, the owner, responded within hours and we set up an appointment for the next day. He arrived on time. He used state of the art instruments and tools to quickly locate and repair my system. He continued with the advertised tune-up checking and adjusting my system. He located sprinkler heads and repaired and/or replaced where needed. He consulted with me on items requiring additional cost. This guy is a pro. Well educated, professional, and a quality person. No more digging for me. I will quickly call The Lawn MD for future irrigation needs. He is a surgeon.

Lloyd offered comprehensive advice and options. We have had 'unfortunate' experiences with irrigation 'experts' in the past. This time we hit the jackpot and found a real expert. In future, we will always call 'The Lawn MD' for any irrigation issues.

I purchased a Big Deal through Angie's List from Lawn MD on 3/9/12. I called Lloyd later that day and left a message. He contacted me the next day and we scheduled an appointment for 9:00 am on 3/16/12. Lloyd was punctual and performed the service quickly and made the necessary repairs and was done within an hour. He is an absolute professional and I would recommend him to anyone looking for an honest professional to install, inspect, or repair their irrigation system.
