Back in April I had a busted irrigation pipe that resulted from the removal of a tree. Lloyd was prompt and professional, and worked quickly to dig up and repair the pipe, as well as resetting sprinkler coverage. I highly recommend The Lawn MD.

I needed help with my irrigation as my grass looked like it was dying in certain areas. Lloyd was OUTSTANDING! i called the day before and they squeezed me in the next day. he never seemed rush and was efficient, explained everything and the price was the most reasonable i have seen...ever (for all he did)! love him and already recommended to all of our friends and on nextdoor! he is a gem and this is coming from someone who thinks <1% are worthy of a good review!

Lloyd evaluated my sprinkler system for coverage and performance. My coverage was not good to say the least. He replaced nozzles on the sprinkler heads and adjusted them, as well as schooling me on how to properly use the timer. My previous attempts to have lawn irrigation companies come out was to no avail and I still had the same problems. My sprinkler system is awesome now and the water pressure and coverage is fantastic! I'm a very happy customer and will absolutely call The Lawn MD again in the future should I have any problem.

I was beyond impressed with Lloyd. He came out the same day I called, completed the project quickly (which is very important when charging an hourly service charge!) and also told me not to put the sprinklers on that night, as it was due to rain! (thus saving us some water money). He mentioned some improvements we could make to our system (which we know we actually need), but he wasn't pushy at ALL. And his prices are very very reasonable. I HIGHLY recommend him, and am thrilled we now have found our go-to sprinkler expert.

He changed all those that needed changing and fixed their rotation. Now when it rains my sprinklers should not go off that day ! Let see how it works!

I took the Lawn Doctor up on his special offer on Angie's List to have the lawn irrigation control box replaced. Our control box had been operating sporadically for the last several months and proper settings were unpredictable. An appointment was made to have the box replaced. Lloyd, the lawn doctor, arrived on time and replaced the control box promptly. He was very congenial and explained the operation of the new control box in layman's terms. The new box is even easier to operate than the replaced model. I would highly recommend using the Lawn Doctor for any repairs to your irrigation system.

I called this provider because my sprinklers weren't working. I described the problem via phone, and they mentioned someone else in my area had called with a similar issue and they believed that is sounded as if it was a problem with the supply of reclaimed water, not my equipment. We have a lot of construction in the area and they suspected something caused an extreme drop in pressure. They recommended that I contact the county first and then to call them back if I still needed service. Sure enough it was not my problem after all, and a few hours later I was able to turn the sprinklers on. They could have just scheduled the service call and charged me for it, but instead they saved me money, which I REALLY appreciate. If I need service in the future, I will surely call this company.

Provider arrived as scheduled and after short discussion on my concerns and problems went to work to identify the issues and solutions. Provider was left to complete the work as needed, was on site for 2.25 hours. Upon completion he review the work completed and operational settings changed. Walked through the zones to demonstrate they were operating as expected. We discussed some additional work that would benefit me in the future. I will definitely use this provider in the future.

He arrived promptly at the scheduled time and was very professional and efficient at diagnosing problems and resolving them. A+++ Thank you!

Very professional, prompt and does a great job explaining your system. The only thing I would consider if I used him again or not would be pricing. I had used him one time before in 2014 and the service charge was $42. This trip service charge is $80 an hour, to be fair the $42 was a special summer price promo he was running. It was totally a misunderstanding and my fault for not asking prior to scheduling this go around about his rates. While his service is great I am sure I can find someone a little less pricey during non-special periods.

Lloyd diagnosed a faulty valve in our irrigation system at Station #1 that kept this first station watering throughout the entire series of Stations. Station #1 never shut off. Our lawn was showing signs of excess watering for months. Hurray for Lloyd!!!

Lloyd was right on time. He listened to my concerns and then checked back with me while he was working to check that I was satisfied with his solutions to our sprinkler problems. He was efficient with his time and got my 22 year old system back in working order. I will call him again.

Contacted The Lawn MD earlier in the week and Lloyd was able to come out on Thursday (which matched my schedule). Our sprinkler controller was starting to act up (it's 20 years old) and I knew it was time for a replacement. Lloyd checked the unit first just in case it only needed a simple repair and confirmed it was time for a new one. Installation was smooth and quick. After replacing the controller, Lloyd took the time to walk me thru it's operation. After the controller was installed, he checked the entire system adjusting sprinkler heads where needed. He also replaced one of the heads at my request. Everything went very well. This was the second time I've used the Lawn MD and I will continue to use them again in the future.

Lloyd was very prompt and professional in his service at our home. He seems to be an honest provider of service who will not try and convince you of items you do not need. He offered some quick, easy and inexpensive solutions to a few issues we were having with our system and now it is running better than ever. Would use him again if the system needs any service.

The awesome guy called me up to tell me he was on his way. He went through the entire sprinkler system and found issues and repaired what was necessary. He found the servo system in the middle of our yard where the grass had grown over. Great service, smart guy, great results.

Visit and service were perfect. I called him after my lawn care service told me I needed to convert my existing system for $900! Lloyd looked everything over and suggested we upgrade six heads to 6" height and do the rest as needed. So glad I read the reviews and called him for a second opinion. I cannot say enough about the service both he and his wife provide.

Everything went perfectly. He was supposed to come 7 days later, but because I had a problem, I was worked in a week earlier which, of course, I appreciated so much. Once he arrived I pointed out several areas that needed looking at and adjusted.

He didn't sell me anything I didn't need. That was refreshing. He did a good job by replacing several of the heads, and all the grass gets watered now. I had him out twice, since one of the heads started acting up (possibly ran over), and he was very prompt and courteous. He really knew what he was doing, and you could tell he was very experienced and very professional. It's very appreciated that they come out so quickly.

Lloyd was terrific - great communication, punctual, friendly, and went over everything clearly. He did excellent work and was thoroughly professional.
