It was awesome. Very professional. Very punctual. Very reasonable. Very nice. Would have him back regularly if we were not moving away!!

Friendly and professional. Arrived promptly and fixed all issues thoroughly. Fully explained the problems and provided options prior to completing the work. Did not try to sell solutions that were not necessary. Price was fair in my opinion. I would gladly recommend The Lawn MD and would use again myself.

This is the second time Lloyd has done work for us. On both occasions he has been easy to access and schedule, extremely punctual, professional and pleasant to do business with. He knows his business and quickly and efficiently got the system working, went through to repair and tune it up, and then walked me through where everything was and how to use it. His charges are very reasonable, too. He honored an Angie's list offer even though it wasn't exactly what he was here to do. His charges for parts are about what you would pay at retail. Highly recommended. I will have Lloyd back in the future to extend my system to other areas of the property.

This went great! And for the first time using a sprinkler repair company, I didn't feel taken by the service or pushed for add-ons. Lloyd provided several options to address my issue (sprinkler timer not working) and provided factual pros/cons for the various options. He thoroughly tested the system and talked about replacement options. After the replacement timer was installed, he walked me through the operation. From the first call to the finished work, The Lawn MD was friendly, professional and honest in their dealings with me. They were on-time and work was completed quickly and professionally. Charges were reasonable. I will switch all my irrigation services in the future to The Lawn MD.

Arrived promptly for the inital consult and actually turned on the system to check what needed to be done, found a couple of breaks and immediately started digging to find the problem, with my permission. Very knowledgeable about the system and what needed to be done. Very good at trouble shooting the design we have. Came back as soon as possible to complete the job.

He did a very fine job. He came out quickly and he came out and did some work here and I told him, “lets hold until I see what else I want to get done here”, so that put him on hold for number of weeks and when I called him back I think he was here the next day he was right back here again. He was very punctual. Whenever I called he came. His cost was in reason and there was a whole lot of work and we are in this house for ten years and we had done absolutely nothing to the sprinkler system. He got it done and I felt like his charges were inline and I had nothing to complain about. He told me every time what he was going to do before he did and it worked out fine. We expected it would cost $600 and when I went to Angie’s list the main thing that I was looking for was somebody that was reliable and I could depend on and would be fair. He replaced a lot of sprinkler heads. The sprinkler system here was done by the former owner however he didn’t know much about it and he did all right. The water system has not been functioning well since I have been here and we are planning to sell the house and we want the water system to work right. He did exactly what we wanted him to do and he always says, “what about this? do you want this done?”, the communication was wonderful. He didn’t do anything that he didn’t alert us in advance. If I might move out I may take him with me.

I thought I had punctured the sprinkler line when I put my dog's tie-out stake in the back yard. I got up in the morning to find the sprinklers gushing up like geysers and the back yard flooded. I called Lawn MD. They were very polite and helpful and gave us an estimate over the phone. They said they could have someone come out that afternoon and take care of the problem. We made an appointment for 2 pm and Lloyd was at my front door at 2pm!! Talk about punctuality. He diagnosed the problem as broken sprinkler heads (not a puncture in the line). We had him replace the sprinkler heads. He tested the sprinklers and they worked perfectly. He also re-set the timer so that the sprinklers would be more effective. I would highly recommend Lloyd and his staff. They are courteous, professional, prompt, efficient, reasonable, and personable.

Lloyd was prompt and professional. If he was running a few minutes late, he called and let me know. Lloyd was very knowledgeable and found and replaced the valves for a rather old sprinkler system. He took the time to explain the problems with my system given it was a DIY job by the previous owners of the home. Lloyd is a one man crew. He gave me the option of doing my own trench digging for the rerouted lines to save me some money instead of having him do it. I thought this was a very good option and dug the trenches where Lloyd instructed. Saved me at least a couple of hundred dollars.

It turned out good! It was right at the beginning of the summer and it started raining, so I really haven't used the irrigation system too much since then but everything seem to go fine in just the couple of weeks that I have used the irrigation system. It worked fine. The deal was for a checkup and I knew that there were two existing problems. He went on and took care of those. So there were extra charges beyond the big deal amount. I think the total cost was about $140. I was fine with the final price but once he looked at the problem he didn't really give me an estimate before he did it. He just took care of it and then gave me the final price. Again, I was fine with the price. That wasn't the issue but I did wish that I had the chance to look at it before.

My experience with The Lawn MD went pretty good. He knows what to do. He came to the lawn and saw we had the wrong sprinklers. He had the right ones in his truck. He did everything really nicely, punctually and responsively. He was very prompt. The cost was very fair. He taught me how to use the control box and how to read it. He just didn't do the service and left, he was very careful.

He came on time. He did a great job. I would recommend him to other people.

he attempted to locate an underground valve and couldnt, after two hours of fruitless searching, i stopped him. for anything serious, he was not very good in my opinion. hes a nice guy, and very punctual, but did not fulfill my needs. i had to hire another service to find the valve, they found it in less than 45 minutes.

The service provided by Lloyd, the Lawn MD, was phenomenal! I called two other providers, though it was the Lawn MD who promptly returned my call, scheduled an appointment for the next day, and arrived ahead of time. He was punctual, very personable, extremely thorough performing the work, and did an excellent job of explaining the work that was needed, as well as the work completed. The price he charged was not only very reasonable, but less than half the cost of the quote from another provider! When I asked about the need for additional services, he was honest to tell me it wasn't required at this time. I rarely provide a review, though the service and integrity provided by the Lawn MD compelled me to write. The Lawn MD has my highest of recommendations.

This is the third time we have used Lloyd and we have been extremely satisfied each time. He reviews the issues and immediately has a resolution, fixng the problem on the spot. We trust his knowledge and his workmanship!!!

It was difficult to get an appointment in a reasonable amount of time because we live in the City of Oviedo and I do not think they necessarily come out this way unless they have several jobs in this part of Central Florida. When I selected this provider I failed to look at the service area they cover. If I had taken the time to look I would have noticed that Oviedo was not one of the areas they list as part of their service area. I selected them based on the great reviews they had. It took almost two weeks to get an appointment. Then when we got the appointment, it had to be delayed again by a week because the technician, no fault of his own, had some problem with his vehicle while on the expressway. They were so kind to call us and let us know they would not be able to honor the appointment. They finally did make it to Oviedo to do the tune-up which went just fine. But we did have some work that needed to be done like adjusting the sprinkler head so they would be higher, fixing a busted sprinkler head and adding an irrigation system to a large potted plant. About an additional hours worth of work. After the first hour to do the tune-up my husband did not have the time for the technician to spend another hour doing the needed fixes. According to my husband who dealt with the provider, he was told by the technician, that the provider would contact us when they had two or three other jobs in this area. I am hoping that they get other jobs in our area for I would really like to experience the great work this company has been known to provide their customers. Unfortunately waiting too much longer may not be an option for us because of the busted sprinkler head.
