Description of Work: I hired them to repair a leak in an apartment in a condo in north Miami. They were professional, communicated well, and did the job to my satisfaction. Like all plumbers these days I consider them pricey, but you get what you pay for and they were professional and did the job, which included cutting off all the water to the building with permission from the condo association, draining the water to the 4th floor level of the apartment, repairing the leaks, cleaning up and communicating with me. No complaints and I would use them again.

Description of Work: Repair toilet that kept running and replace faucet in washroom sink. Employee had poor attitude. his work on the sink left all the calcium "CRUD" there and installed the faucets on top of it. He also used his part to fix the toilet rather than the one I had already purchased. The only reason I would use them again was I spoke to the Manager and he credited the bill. I would not want this employee in my home again.
