No one showed up, they cost me time off work. Extremely unprofessional and will dissuade others from working with them. And they’ll want to charge $100 for the visit.. But then not show up.

Great experience from scheduling to appointment completion. I needed a new garbage disposal installed, new wax seal on the toilet along with a new toilet seat. Omar handled everything perfectly. Pricing was fair and clear upfront. Will absolutely use A to Z again.

The experience with the company itself was perfect-- very professional-- but Eben really distinguished himself, without trying to. Diagnosing our problem, giving us options, working diligently, extremely personable, really couldn't ask for more. It made us feel very confident in our choice.. Kudos..!!!

We had prior work done that covered one or the other aspect but had not encountered a firm that could do the entire job and be sure that everything was right in the end. A to Z's name says it all, They are both plumbers and septic system specialists and were able to solve our issues by dealing with the entire system.

Evan came, greeted us pleasantly, got his equipment out, worked diligently and with much effort and got it unclogged. It definitely made us very happy.

Influenced by their high ratings (and that they specifically had experience installing tankless water heaters) we called A to Z Plumbing for an initial appointment. On arrival, we were explained the requirements, installation procedure and options (any make of water heater of our choice, any size, any kW capacity were available). After completing the electrical connections necessary on our part, we again called for installation of the new unit one week later. When they arrived, the old water heater was removed, new piping was installed to accommodate the heater and the area was completely cleaned when they left. Each step of the installation was discussed to our satisfaction: Product questions answered, procedures, instructions, product/pipe placement to our liking, etc. The appointments for each trip were within a minute of the times that had been scheduled by their main office. The cost of the original service call (plus a discount from Angie’s List) was deducted from our final bill. While there may be some companies that would have charged less, customer satisfaction combined with professional services and installation would prompt us to use A to Z again for any future plumbing issues and recommend them without hesitation.

They were punctual, neat and efficient. The work was well done. It was the first time I had used them so it did involve some sticker shock. My regular plumber was unavailable and I was in a bind.

Plumbing and septic work was done one time, clean and professional. If anyone is looking to have any kind of work done these are the people.

Technician came out. Gave me a few different options. I wanted to move forward with one option and asked if he could do the work right then. He replied "absolutely not". Then after I told him that I would need to think about the options he offered to fix the issue which was weird. I explained that I would need to assess the options and was told that if I don't decide right then and there it was an $89 fee which could not be applied to the future service. Perhaps the first issue was a misunderstanding from the tech. But the second issue was a heavy sales tactic. I simply wanted to pay the $89 and apply that money to one of the options the next day but was told that it wouldn't count unless I decided immediately. I don't want to be sold plumbing services. When dealing with these issues I have found that it is always best to assess the situation, do a bit of research, then decide next steps. This company does not allow you do to that. They hard press sales tactics so that you agree to potentially expensive repairs even if they cannot do the repair that day.

A friend recommended this company and I saw on Angie's List they had excellent ratings. My toilet was making a loud noise when flushed, the water pressure was very slow and did not get rid of all the waste and the toilet overflowed once. After that, I called A to Z Plumbing. Eben was very kind and professional, and cleaned up after the mess. He replaced some items, and removed a blockage the previous plumber must have left. Although he recommended me to replace my 30 year old toilet, it works like new and I have no complaints. I do recommend this company. Thank you!

Technician worked all day on 3 projects and did an excellent job. We were very happy with the completed projects.
