I did not hire them.
Description of Work: I called to get a simple quote for a valve replacement...the person on the phone refused to give me a quote for the job...except that they would charge me $89 just to come out and assess the situation THEN give me a quote. They would waive the $89 from the cost of the job...but that doesn't help if they turn out to be 2x the price as the next plumber.

I can understand your frustration in needing to know the price right away prior to scheduling service. Essentially, the $89.00 mobilization fee reserves your spot on our dispatch board and accounts for our overhead to the company. We did also mention the 15% discount offered to our valued Angie's List members during your call.
