Everything was excellent. They were efficient and timely.

The receptionist cheerily answered my call. She said they could send someone out right away, but I said it was not an emergency and I wanted to set an appointment. She said ok, there would be an $89 fee to check it out, I told her no thanks,I'd call her back. She said she would check with her superior who waived the fee. I made an appointment later in the week between 12-5. Well they came at 5. A very nice technician. He quoted 370 to replace a broken disposal. I said Sears would install for 260, he called his superior and met the price. And I got the 10% Angies list discount. The work was good and he cleaned up nice afterwards. Do your homework on prices and they do quality work.

We noticed a leak coming out of our downstairs ceiling. We immediately logged onto Angie's List to find a reputable plumbing company and A to Z Statewide Plumbing came highly recommended. We called them and explained that we needed someone to check it out the same day, which they promised to do. Patrick showed up at around 5:30 PM, located the source of the leak (together with me) and stayed until 10:00 PM to finish the job!! He was super courteous, professional and cleaned up completely after himself! We were very pleased with his work and we would definitely recommend them to anyone else.

This was a very positive experience. From the minute Bonnie answered the call at 8:30 to a follow up by Kimberly at noon and another v Call from Bonnie at 2:30 to tell me the technician ws on his way. Patrick the fella from Georgia although very young was very knowledgable and quickly assessed my situation. I found the price a nit high, but he gave me a 10% for being a member on Angie's list. He explained all the services they can provide in the future including Diamond Club. He finished the work in about 1 hour and was very curteous and friendly.. I am very happy to have found A to Z as it is hard to find reliable and reputable folks in the South Florida area. I highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future.

I don't think you can find a friendlier company to work with, from the people who answer the phones to the individual crew members that do the work. Don has been the supervisor I've worked with, and he makes an effort to explain what things aren't up to code and why you should care, without any pressure to give you a hard sell or scare you into thinking you've got to follow his every recommendation. Sammy's the guy that's actually replaced my heater and valves, and he too is very friendly and wants to show you exactly what he's doing and why. I felt good enough from our first meeting to sign up for their "Diamond Club" membership, as I knew I had several projects that needed to be addressed, and the discounts from that--even more than their Angie's List discount--has been more than worthwhile. Highly recommended company.

I purchased a new washer and dryer from Best Buy. They were supposed to install it and when they arrived they said the plumbing work was all patched up with lines going up that needed to go down and they were unqualified to attempt it. I called two plumbers and was given a vague estimate by one and a detailed one at half the price. I chose A to Z and was exceptionally pleased. They are now installing my new sink and faucet and i am joining their Diamond Program which gives exceptional value and service.

Had a water backup occur. They initially gave me a 4 hour window from the time I called for arrival. I called back and said the problem was getting bad and they were nice enough to pull someone off another job to respond to mine. They were there within 45 minutes of my initial call. The snaked the line and then came back after I requested the pipes be viewed with a camera. The did recommend a to replace part of the line that was bellied, however, we decided not to do that. All in all, a very good experience.

Company was selected from several obtained from Angies List. They were chosen based on Angies List report and location. The Plumber was prompt and affable. All work was completed satisfactorily. I thought that the price was a bit steep, but had no basis for comparison. Notwithstanding, the overall result was good, and now, about 3 weeks after the repairs were done, all is well. Would use their service again if needed.

I could not be happier with the service I received .Angies List had a Big Deal Special for A to Z State Wide plumbing for $75 to check and replace one leaking p-trap under the sink. It sounded to good to be true and I figured I would give it a shot. Once I paid for the special through Angies List A to Z called me right away and told me the tech would be out there in about an hour and a half. I was so surprised when he showed up on time, especially on a Saturday . The tech's name was Dan and the first thing I noticed was he was clean shaven and he had a clean company uniform on. I asked a lot of questions and he took the time to answer them. By talking with him I could tell he was honest which to me is the most important part of doing business with someone . He fixed my leaking p-trap in the kitchen and I was expecting some added charge but he explained everything was included in the Big Deal special. He also explained how they charge for the job and not by the hour which is a plus. I was also amazed to find out the job is warranted for one year . I then got this folder with some good information about saving energy and he even put in two coloring books for my two girls . I am still blown away by the excellent service I received.

My only toilet backed up and I couldn't unblock it with a snake. A to Z had been to my home to replace an outdoor faucet a few days before and I was impressed with the work so I called back for this problem. Adrian came to clear the blockage, he was professional, friendly and very competent. I had to call back for the same problem three months later and the toilet needed to be removed to get to the roots. I was told the problem was a break in the pipe and what was done would be fairly temporary until the pipe was fixed. I am just waiting for the roots to come back and will have A to Z do some major excavating then. I like the company and all of the people I have dealt with there. The call service was very helpful and friendly, and kept me informed of any delays. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

It went great. They did a good job.

When the Service Technician, Rich, arrived, he did so on the day scheduled and on time. He was polite, friendly, knowledgeable and competent. He inspected the toilet, let me know his findings and thoroughly and completely explained the companies pricing and warranties. As I requested, he replaced the toilet with the model I had chosen. Upon inspection of the new toilet it was discovered that a part of it was cracked (probably during shipping). He called and had a new one sent over within a very short time. He proceeded to install the new one. He was efficient, thorough and a pleasure to do business with. I thought he was one of the best service techs I have ever had the experience to deal with. Great job Rich !!

It was good. Everything was fine.

Very well - prompt, courteous, employed house slippers, did all work in timely manner with little difficulty.

All toilets were in working order upon completion of the job. I think the cost was too high.

They did a good job and i'm very pleased with the work. I will used them again in the future and also recommend them to anyone.

Based upon their recommendation they didn't perform the flush since the water heater is older. However, they arrived on time and called ahead. Sammy and Mike were the technicians. They gave some recommendations for the water heater since it was over 16 years old. They gave proposals for a tank and tankless systems and also rerouting the water system in my home. They were courteous, prompt and I would use them again.

I don't remember how much I spent. The service was good. They were a little bit pushy. They wanted me to spend more money on other things. They wanted me to buy some things and something else to put on the septic tank. That was the only thing I didn't like about them. They were comparable to the others on the price. I would use them again in the future.

A to Z was super responsive and quick to arrive. Price seemed fairly reasonable.

Hot water took forever to get to my back bathroom and I was told about a hot water recycling pump that would speed up the process. A contractor also showed me piping from my hot water heater to the wall that could be enlarged in order to increase pressure. I called A to Z on a Friday and was told that they could have a repair man first thing Saturday morning at regular time. He arrived when promised and was very professional and polite. One thing I didn't fully grasp until he arrived was that the company charges $89 for the service call but takes it off the bill if the work is contracted. His price seemed fair, at least competitive with other plumbers I have had come to my home, and I had him start the job. He admitted it was his first time installing a hot water recycling pump (I had already purchased the piece at Costco for what even the plumber said was a bargain price). But he installed the pump and increased the size of the pump with no problems that I have seen. He also worked quick enough that my entire Saturday wasn't spoiled. I appreciate that!

It went well. We contacted A to Z plumbing Sat. am to appraise them of our situation. Eban was at our home shortly after noon. He evaluated the situation, gave us some options on how to handle it, we chose what we thought was the best option and Eban got right on it. The problem was taken care of in short order with a one year guarantee on the work performed. We also received a discount by being subscribers to Angie's List. We were very satisfied. Thanks to Eban and the crew at A and Z plumbing.

Overall, we are pleased to have our money refunded and problem acknowledged and would definitely trust A to Z to our plumbing needs in the future.

It was horrible. As I was leaving town for my niece graduation I could not deal with the problem and he closed down the hot water. Next morning I get a call from my neighbor telling me is still pouring water from the broken valve. I call them to come in and supposedly they did but the next day upon my arrival the water was still pouring. Anyway after he "accelerated the process" he tried to sell me a new water heater brand Premier installed for $1055.00. I could not believe it. Not once I heard I want to clean this mess for you or you can file a claim with our insurance for your losses and clean-up. In front of the guy I called Lindstrom whom I have used before and offered me a Reehm for $300 less. Now the guy said he could lower to his price. I told him I googled his brand and nothing came up. They were not happy that "I relied on the internet to research their brand" saying it don't come up because it is only used for contractors. It was smelling really fishy and they were offering guarantees to 12 years but never said the product was good. I guess if you install the product then you start calling them when it breaks down and they kill you with the "fine print". Honestly very bad experiance and I don't trust them. Update: the Company called me to apologize and (see response by company below) they said they would send me a letter and coupons as stated here. I am still waiting 6 month later.

The service person was supposed to arrive between 8 and 9am but didn't come until 9:40am. He was very professional and performed the service quicker than he estimated, and then showed me exactly what he repaired. I thought the service was VERY professional and was properly equipped for all repairs, and so I signed up for a contract with the company!
