Eben was excellent in every way. However using a check from an account that dosen't allow ACH transactions will be a problem.

Joey and Mike did fantastic work. They were on time, well prepared, diagnosed the problem quickly and replaced the hot water heater that day. All told I think they were here about three hours. My leaking hot water heater is replaced and I now have hot water and no flooding. They were excellent. Five stars.

Ralph was Excellent!!!! He greeted me outside the house and heard my concerns. He cleared the stoppage I currently had in the main bathroom, and made sure everything was working well before he left. He left everything very clean, didn't rush through it. He was polite, professional, very happy with the work he performed. I'm very satisfied and I will definitely recommend Ralph if you're in need of a plumber!

The line was cleared and the toilets are working properly.

Their site says "Get a free, no obligation in home estimate. Was told not free, $89 to come out and give estimate but will credit that if you get service. All the other plumbing companies referred by Angie's were FREE Estimates. I chose another provider.

The technician was prompt and cleared the line but found the pipe was crushed at the street due to careless City Contractors! The Technician left a quote and we will explore our options for the repairs

Ralph was on time, respectful of property, polite, and listened to our concerns. He was thorough in his diagnosis, and gave very good maintenance advice. Left all work areas clean, and had a great attitude on a busy "emergency" Sunday. Highly recommended, will definitely call again.

The whole experience was excellent--from scheduling through completion of the job. All done within 24 hours. Ralph let me know he was on the way; and was cheerful, knowledgeable and helpful. He carefully looked for and found the septic tank, which was buried far deeper than I had thought. All in all, a fine job. Highly recommended.

The technician arrived on time, so far, so good. The way this company works is a fee just to show up of $89.00, which is applied to the final invoice if you use them. Or you may pay them $89.00 and send them on their way :-( On a Saturday afternoon and in much need of a working bathroom, we agreed to have them come out. Once on-site we were informed the drain clean-out service would be a flat $420.00!!!! Holy-cow! At this point in time we have the plumber on-site and already $89.00 into the project, so we agreed. They do not work on a per-hour basis. Our technician knew what he was doing and cleaned out the line, it took him less than 20 minutes. So if you figure out the math, these guys did pretty well at about $1,260.00/hour! He went to his truck to prepare the invoice, and came back into our home smelling like marijuana... The guy's having a pretty decent Saturday afternoon if you ask me. This is this business' business model, and it works for them. The fact is once they are on-site the financial decision is difficult; their over-priced service is compounded by the fact that it costs you to turn them away! NEVER AGAIN. Ask more questions up-front.

Ralph was amazing and very professional. These are one of my rental properties and A TO Statewide Plumbing has service all of properties. Ralph is a plumbing technician that’s trustworthy and tells the truth all the time. Also he gave me a free plumbing inspection of problems in my home.

The team from Ato Z STatewide plumbing (Hiram and Travis) were punctual, courteous, professional and worked within the time frame given, completed the job and cleaned up the space without leaving a trace that work had been done. The shower head and fixtures make the circa 1954 bathroom look like new. Will have them back to to more work in the other bathroom.

Ralph did a great job getting to us with an emergency. We had an event going on and had to close a restroom due to the plumbing being back up. He was there within two hours, was very professional, and worked quickly to get our restroom working for the event.
