A to Z Statewide Plumbing

Not only were they the most affordable service that came to my home, but Joey was the most professional, friendly and knew more about plumbing then any of the 4 other companies that came out to give me price quotes. I will ONLY use A to Z Statewide Plumbing in the future. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with and I HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone with any type of plumbing needs or issues!!!! Ask for Joey!!

Everything went extremely well and I was completely satisfied with their professionalism and all the work that was performed.

We recently had kitchen cabinets and countertops renovated by Home Depot but plumbing reconnect was not included. I joined Angie's List to locate a reputable plumber. I sent a request to A & Z Plumbing for an estimate and received a callback from Kimberly. She was very professional and courteous and scheduled an appointment for the next day, which was the Saturday of Labor Day weekend, to give an estimate. Donnie arrived at the scheduled time and we went over the details for repair. He offered the Diamond Club benefits to reduce costs, which I accepted. Scheduled repair for Tuesday but a part was missing from my existing disposer for reinstallation so we rescheduled the appointment. Donnie returned on 9/4, again on time, with all necessary attachments and work was completed according to my specifications. Sludge buildup was found in the main drain pipe and cleanout was offered for a small additional charge. I agreed and also purchased additional solvent to keep on hand in case of emergency. I will be using their services again in the near future for other upcoming household projects. I would recommend Donnie and A to Z Plumbing for anyone looking for a professional and stress free plumbing experience. Thanks Guys!

Our sewer clogged on Labor Day and we called A to Z Statewide Plumbing and Jonathan Ling came to our rescue! He was wonderful, prompt, courteous, and sanitary. He fixed the problem, gave us great advice and when asked to come into the house he made sure he placed booties over his shoes without being asked to do so!! We HIGHLY recommend A to Z Statewide Plumbing especially Jonathan!

They were very professional. They were very nice and was very respectful. The only thing that I didn't say to them but I did feel that it was kind of expensive. He did what he did in like five minutes. So he charged me like $200 for a five minute job so with that I was like oh my goodness I didn't think that was fair. I feel like I was overcharged because they didn't last more than five minutes doing whatever he did. They were very helpful and very nice and respectful. If I do have like a major problem that I cannot fix myself I will call them again. I called and they came out the next day.

I called the office to schedule my appointment. I was told I'd get a call 45 mins before they would come out to start project. true to their words. I received phone call 45 mins prior to their arrival. Steve was very professional and efficient. And he cleaned up when he was done. I was glad about the Angie's discount. I would use them again.

They were cheaper than anyone else. The worker they sent, Joey, was hardworking, diligent, and on time. If you get Joey, you have struck gold. They tried to fix the problem, and it didn't work due to work that had been done before. The company was very cooperative and terrific overall.

I had a somewhat emergency with my garbage disposal and needed it fixed asap. I called and spoke with a very professional person about getting someone out soon. I was given an appt. the very next morning. The technician called and showed up on time. Explained the problem and explained the cost of the replacement. The job was done, and done right. I had follow up with the company a couple of months later, and they were all professional and gave an immediate response to the follow-up.

Mervin is a total professional and I made the mistake of only writing the check for $89.00. He told me it was okay and he would honor the flat rate of $89.00 for the visit.

I called this company at 7am. Kim called me back and she was very nice. They were excellent. I was told that someone would call me in 5 minutes. They did and within 1 hour Joey was at my home and fixed the issue. He put steel braided hoses on the machine and stopped the leaking. I also joined their Diamond Club. I have also already scheduled another appointment with this company. On June 2 this company also replaced my water heater. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in this area. They are wonderful!

Brian showed up on a weekend for the initial proposal. He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He came back out a few days later (we needed to special order my new water heater as our wasn't a standard unit) with a coworker. Although they showed up a bit later than the dispatch person promised, they both provided excellent service and installed my new heater in record time. They even provided a discount for being part of Angie's list. I know some vendors provide a discount but it is usually discussed up front. This was provided after we had already agreed upon a price and the unit was already installed. I will be using them again if needed ....hopefully no time soon :).

On the morning of April 2, 2014 I awoke to find that I had only tepid rather that hot water coming out of my faucets. This seemed to be a new problem. I assumed that there may be an issue with the water heater thermostat. I found A To Z Statewide Plumbing advertised in one of the monthly Angie's List magazines. I decided to "take a shot" and called, and was greeted by a very friendly and highly professional lady who took my information. She indicated that she would get someone out that very day. Later that morning I found that I did have hot water, and there appeared to be no urgent issues with the water heater. I called A To Z and advised them that there would be no need to send someone out that day, but I still wanted a professional to check the water heater anyway just in case there was an intermittent malfunction. We agreed to have someone sent out the following day just to do a routine assessment and check of the water heater. She advised that a plumber would be out to my home around 9:30 AM on April 3, and that she would call to notify when he would be on his way. This was done, and Joey Neal, the plumbing technician, appeared shortly thereafter and right on time. He checked my water heater, and determined that it was functioning perfectly. Joey was very friendly, highly professional, and quite thorough. About an hour after Joey left I received a very pleasant follow up phone call asking if I was satisfied. I thought that this was a very nice touch!!! Needless to say A To Z's customer service is excellent. My experience with A To Z Interstate Plumbing of Hollywood, Florida was superb and very satisfying. I would not hesitate to call upon them again or to recommend them to my friends.

Another company was trying to charge me $1500. They were very honest and upfront and extremely fast and punctual

There was an $89.00 charge just for coming over to determine why the ceiling in the dinningroom was leaking in several places he advised us cost of cutting the drywall to detect if there was a leaking in the pipes there was none when he went to the bathroom upstairs. he said that the leaking was due to bidet hose attached to the commode; then he suggested that the commode be removed (which was full of ants) and seal changed the we agreed to that my husband tried to bargain him for a better price and he said that with he had to talk to his boss. Including your discount the job came to $505.00 he spent about an hour and half max. He was courteous and nice, I'm happy with the job he did, but A To Z Plumbing takes advantages of emergencies. My overall experience with A to Z plumbing was positive. I called A to Z early on Saturday morning to address an issue we were having with the shower. They sent out a technician right away to resolve the issue. I was quite impressed that the people at A to Z called to follow up regarding my experience. A few days later, we had another unrelated issue that needed to be addressed by a plumbing technician. Once again, A to Z was responsive and sent out one of their best plumbers, Bryan, to fix the issue right away, and they did not charge me additionally for that service. Brian even addressed another minor plumbing issue that required some more time to rectify. All of this extra work was done with a good, positive attitude and a willingness to get the job done right! The owner of the company, Donald, personally called me to make sure I was satisfied with the service, and I was. I would most certainly use A to Z again for any of my plumbing related needs. They were professional, responsive, and dependable. Thank you A to Z!

I received a call 45 minutes before the technician arrived to inform me that he was on the way. Brian arrived promptly at 8:30 am. very pleasant and professional. Did an outstanding job. Would recomend to anyone.

They went great and it was perfect. They were available last Saturday and came out within 45 minutes after contacting them. They were fine. They were a bit expensive. It was great and fantastic.

The technician came exactly at the right time and called 15 minutes prior to coming to tell me he was on his way. He examined the location took out the old instant hot water heater put in a new one had to do some major plumbing work he completed the job within a few hours cleaned up and look hot water heater works perfectly he was very polite and very nice. It was a perfect job and I'm thrilled with the results

Joey the technician did a great job identifying the problem and had it fixed in 20min!!! He was extremely knowledgeable and he answered all my questions. I have used other plumbers in the past and in my opinion this is the most professional company i have ever worked with. This is an establish business and it was apparent that there employees are highly trained in customer service. In other words A to Z statewide Plumbing delivered on all cylinders when it came to customer service.

I purchased a big deal coupon for this company. That went well. My experience was good, he did have a little water accident, these things can happen, we did have a water leak. Flushing it went all over but he stopped and cleaned it up. I thought they did a good job. I would use them again. I thought they did a good job and the price was reasonable for the extra work.

It went well. Luis did a great job and was very patient and with me and helped me to understand the backup problem. He came in a half hour from my call. My toilets and drains are working again. He honored the Angie's list coupon for drain line cleaning. Thank you. Bryan Steinberg

Scheduling was good they got me an appointment quickly after I called. The service was fine. I didn’t feel that the technician was professional or knowledgeable. He didn’t quite have an answer to my other questions.

It went very well. It was okay. They showed up on time, did good follow-up and were professional.
