A to Z Statewide Plumbing

Called A to Z, they came out promptly, very nice gentlemen, I think Omar. They quoted me $373 INCLUDING an Angies List Discount of 15%. I declined and called Father & Son Plumbing, who came out in one hour and fixed it in 20 minutes and only charged me $165.00. Guess who I am calling next time . . .

Water mane took a little longer than I thought because of city permitting process and personal emergency experienced by plumber. Otherwise all went well, and new water main has been approved by the city. One potentially frustrating note, I have recently been told that the city of Hollywood is in the the process or replacing all residential water mains from meter to house at no cost to residents. Replaced water heater promptly with a brand I preferred. Worked into the evening to get the job done.

I called A to Z on a Saturday for emergency service. They did response quickly and arrived on time. I expected an extra fee for emergency service, so I don't have problem with the $89 service charge. However, they wanted to charge me $990 (after Angie's List discount was $841.50) to repair a very small section of pipe. The tech claimed they charge so much because they guarantee their work. Needless to say, I did not use them. I called OK Plumbing and they did the work for $300 and guaranteed their work.

Although they may not be the least expensive of the Plumbing companies, they have been reliable for me, and being a member of their Diamond Club ($7.95 a month) has paid off in work being done and discounts. When I had a major problem with my sewage outfall line, a suggestion by one of their techs to contact my City to check out the problem I was having before going further, saved me what could have been a huge amount of money when I found out the problem was with the City's pipeline, and they had to do the work to make the correction. Thank goodness for Joey!! Besides the 'grunt' plumbing work, clean-outs, back-ups, leaks, etc., they also installed my new Water Heater.

They are excellent. The response was quick and the plumber was efficient and pleasant.

Very well. He figured out what needed to be done without me present. I just sent him pictures in advance of what the problem was, he came to take a look at it, and fixed it.

I was expecting for them to dig up a hole but the guy said there was no need. It went well

Plummer was punctual and professional

job was completed without a snag. Joey is pleasant and competent.

Joey and Justin spent the entire day digging/trenching, breaking up sidewalk area, laying pipe, re-filling all the trenched areas and cementing and sealing everything very professionally. My home is 68 years old so the original galvanized pipes were very corroded/leaking and many lines that were calcified ended up clogging the cold water gaskets to one shower. At no extra cost, they opened up the wall, changed out necessary gaskets and cleared the line. All that and they even cleaned up after themselves. Very professional office and on-site staff. Joey explained everything he was doing and was very patient.

The day of the appointment the plumber never showed up. When we called to verify if they were running late (2 hrs late) and they claimed they had no record of our appointment. After going back and forth I asked them if they could just send someone I would make an appointment now. The original time of the appointment was from 9-1:00pm by the time they could give me an appointment it was 4 o'clock and they charged to charge us an after hours fee after THEY messed up the appointment

They were honest and up front. The guy who came out, the technician, he was very honest and he knew what he was doing. I would say he was knowledgeable. The initial fee for them to come out, I think it should be a lot less, it should be better. I would consider them in the future.

the first technician that installed the new water heater was not very detail oriented. the water heater stopped working after a week ( the electrical wires were not covered properly). After several requests to have a different technician, the manager agree to send someone else to fix the problem. The manager and the new technician were extremely professional and fixed all the problems caused by the first technician that installed the water heater. I definitely will hire them again, but I will make sure to have the same professional stuff that came the last time.

Excellent. They were prompt, courteous and explained exactly what needed to be done and cleaned up after they were done.

It always goes smooth with A to Z, they arrive when they say they will, evaluate the problem, write up an estimate give a time for the job to be done and always give Angies list customers a ten % discount. They are truly professional, I would not use anyone else.

Everything went great. It's not easy to find a company to come out on a Saturday, but I received a phone call when the technician was on his way. Joey showed up and took his time to patiently explain everything. He was friendly, quick, and efficient. I would definitely use this company again.

IT went terrific! they were on time and professional, they went straight to work and took care of business! He kept me informed on what he was doing and the clean up was nice, the work was terrific! Angel was a very good technician!

I called at 7:40 AM Sat. and Angel showed up about 9 AM. He tried to unclog the pipe but the toilet was still rather sluggish. Next step was to remove the toilet and do a more extensive procedure to clear the drain. Angel told me after removing it that he really felt like the problem was in the bowl itself, not the line. I opted to have the toilet replaced rather than attempt further work on the line with the possibility I'd still need a new toilet. It took him about an hour to pick one up. It turned out that the tank was defective and he needed to return it and pick up another. He kept apologizing for the delay. I was just so happy to find someone to do this work on a Sat. it did not matter to me. Once it was installed he asked for a bucket of water with cleaner in it and a rag and he scrubbed the floor. The new toilet is working great. I was very happy with everything that was done.

After reading reviews, we called numerous companies on a Saturday afternoon and this was the ONLY company to answer! Angel came out was professional and very helpful as we figured out what work needed to be done. We have an older home and had many questions to which he was patient, responsive and respectful of our home and time. We would definitely hire this company again!

They were very reasonable and quick to get the problem resolved.

They were very good. It was cold. What I like the most was the efficiency of the workers and the fact that even though they came out and supposedly cleared the lines when the problem still persisted after I was told they were finished and I was good, that I was not charged an added fee for the work that they had to come back to do. I would use them over the other company I had.

Outstanding service and professionalism.

Joey also noticed that another plumber had put the wrong handle on my American Standard toilet and that's why the toilet wasn't flushing properly. He replaced the handle. He went on the roof to use the snake. Problems were solved. He was very polite and efficient.

The plumber, Joey, discovered that the bolt was tightened too hard when replace by another plumber last summer causing the leak. I had tried to get them to come out and they stood me up on 2 appts so I decided to take my business elsewhere. This work will be covered by warranty for a year. He arrived on time, explained the situation and I was entirely satisfied with the work.
