Description of Work: Statewide underpromises and over delivers. All their employees are professional and well trained. Robert Smith showed superior customer service in preparing us for what to expected during the install process. Statewide will handle all permit and HOA paperwork required. I look forward to a long and lasting relationship with them and highly recommend to anyone in need of services they provide

Description of Work: Needed 6 large impact windows replaced on house. They were quick to get a salesman to our house to take rough measurement of windows and provide a quote. Salesman made a few very inappropriate comments. Brushing it off, we went to their showroom to look at windows and negotiate a better price. At that point, the salesman claimed he lost our paperwork/quote/measurements and asked to come over to remeasure and provide better quote. We declined. So they pretended to crunch some numbers while we were still in store, and then said, okay, we can give you a $1,000 less than what you say we quoted you. We then asked if they would send us a copy of their license and the warranties on the impact windows, and they said they'd email it over that day. We never got a copy of the license or warranties, but they would have an admin person call us every couple days with the same speech trying to get us to agree to buy their windows and set up installation date. We would state that we're waiting on the license and warranties, and the admin would say, his/her boss is out of office, and he'll call us back immediately. Boss wouldn't call. Admin would call again a few days later with same speech, forgetting our previous conversations. Eventually we stopped answering their calls.

Description of Work: Had Statewide Windows replaced with hurricane impact Windows. Workers were on time, cleaned up after themselves, re-installed window treatments that had been taken off. Would highly, highly recommend. Priced three companies and their price was the best.

Description of Work: Replaced all awning windows with hurricane windows. They installed a brand called custom windows . I have to other brand of hurricane windows & doors in my house, including pgt. I like these the best! They are vinyl & have gas between the panes for better insulation.
