Inspected and have me quote

The estimator came out and inspected the roof from both the outside and inside the attic. Leak was detected. 2 days later the team was on the roof, removed tiles, fixed boards, tarp and put new tiles on. A few days later another leak was detected a few feet higher up in the roof. They came out, fixed it also at no extra cost.

The workmen were excellent. The problem was with the office. They were not responsive to telephone calls and emails. I asked for a receipted invoice and waiver of lien and the first two times, I received a stock reply "will refer to our accounting department". After a couple weeks I threatened to call the owner personally and got a telephone call saying the documents would be emailed that day (July 3) On July 10 they still had not arrived so I sent another email to them, this time I was really ticked off. They finally emailed the documents that day (a week after they were promised). The price was reasonable and e quality excellent, but the office was totally unresponsive, arrogant, evasive, promised and failed to keep promises and had to be prodded at every step to complete their work. Some companies work for their own convenience, some for the customers, and some professional ones manage to do both. If this company had the same quality in the office as they do in the field they would receive a rave review. Unfortunately this is not the case.

They're really good. I'm happy with them. They to come back because they missed certain things and they did not charge us anything for another repair. They figured out another way for the water to be getting in. They're really good about it and I never had any problems with them. They're nice, professional, punctual and it's been working out just fine.

We have a townhouse that is 30-years old. Over the years we have tried to fix a hard to find leak around the fireplace windows which, during rain season, would get moist and ruin the drywall and baseboards. Unable to find this leak has been a burden and kept us from finishing the living room renovations. We have had a few roofing companies and independent roofers come by and do "repairs" but rain season would come along and prove them wrong again and again. She was very professional and immediately worked on getting one of their staff members to contact us and make an appointment for a free estimate. Tony called us and came by later that same day. He got up on the roof and made a thorough inspection and gave us a itemized report of what is causing the leak and what is required to make the repairs. He was extremely professional, courteous, and punctual..I sensed that he cared not only about doing the job right but also that he cared about State Certified Roofing Company. That was refreshing to see so I asked him if it was his own family-run business. He said, "No, but they make me feel like family and they are the best company I've ever worked for". I liked what I heard and set about making a date for the repairs to be done. The crew arrived on time and went straight to work. We brought them water and saw the work progressing in a methodical manner. They explained a few times what was causing the leak and showed us the areas of repair when they were finished. They cleaned up and hauled the debris away. We were extremely pleased with the expertise and workmanship of the employees of State Certified Roofing Company. It has now been a month since the repairs were completed; the South Florida rain season has arrived in a fierce way and for the first time in 7-years we have no leaks around the windows on both sides of the fireplace. I did above, However on the prior printout from your website...It showed my type of repair with average costs of $450.00 to $650.00.You posted a $199.00 member price from $495.00 Big Deal.When I showed this to company prior to paying...nothing was reduced. I am very satisfied with their work & the cleanup was most satisfactory.It was as though they had never been here.
