Excellent! Quick, effective, and polite!

Horrible! The guy that taken our info & cash was Will Maudlin. This guy is a piece of work. We paid this guy 10 days in advance for the job $1040 and some change. We live in Colorado Springs at the time. This was 3 weeks ago. Mr. Will could not produce any drivers for the move. so instead of being a professional he chose to be a coward & not answer or take any calls or emails even to this day. He did a no call no show! My family & I where waiting we call Mr.Will he went on a vacation try to call him again he was golfing. Never had intention on doing the job! This company may be ok locally but I wouldn't trust it state to state. Will Maudlin is a oxymoron period! We are still disputing this FRAUD company

Unprofessional, non responsive, belongings took 20 days to arrive. Items arrived some damaged. Estimate didn’t match cost, DO NOT USE

Just had my first hired mover experience ever with Safebound Moving & Storage. Excellent service, quick responses to questions initially and great communication day of move. They did a phenomenal job, working hard and if you discount travel time, they loaded and unloaded my stuff in about 13 hours. Friendly, courteous, professional and even willing to come back later that night when I thought might want to switch some appliances out.

They were on time, had the paperwork and correct information, wasted no time in packing the truck. The packing of my furniture was well thought out and they removed everything I had asked them to. They were excellent and placing furniture and items and also were patient enough to move several items to a different location when I changed my mind. All of the rules were explained up front for me. I was very pleased with this service and I would highly recommend them.

Do not hire this company. It has been almost a year and still no delivery after they have made multiple attempts to tack on extra fees and insisted on delivery on two-three hours notice. Inexplicably, driver insisted on cash payment. I believe they have now stolen my belongings and will take appropriate legal action, including referrals to law enforcement. Stay away.

They showed up on time, went right to work and did not waste one minute. Not only were they extremely careful with our items but they were efficient. They knew exactly what they were doing and were very hard workers. I went on to refer them to another family and they too had a great experience!

Gave us a binding estimate based on the inventory being moved. Then when they arrived to load the price went up almost $1500. AND they didn't even bring a large enough truck to fit all of our stuff so we had to give some things away. We had to be out of our house the next day so no time to find a different mover. They knew that and they take advantage when you are vulnerable. If that wasnt enough they broke our 55" TV and refused to pay for it. Luke Mandley was the salesman and Kayleigh is the so called operations manager. If I could give ZERO stars I would... AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS...!

We requested Safebound Moving & Storage for our move. Their attention to detail, their mannerisms and their professionalism were of the highest caliber. I loved everything about them as they were working hard with dedication. They took great care in wrapping all the items well. Every single item was delivered in perfect condition - not a single point of damage. These kind of people are hard to find and such dedication is missing these days. Whenever I need such service I am going to call them.

Moving from an existing home to another had never been easier. With the cost of many movers make some people wouldn’t like to move with all of the things at once. Almost the same thing would’ve happened to me if not for one of my old neighbor. He introduced Safebound Moving & Storage to me and I decided to try them. What actually motivated me was, their price was very affordable to compare to their rivals. After all, they commenced and they did the work to my expectation.

We relocated with Safebound Moving & Storage twice and with them, we remained very happy our latest move was at the mid of july. There crew were efficient and gave us a cheerful set-up, even moving into 5th-floor walkup Safebound Moving & Storage has been worth every penny of their competitive quote from the initial phone call to the last box.

These movers were so fast, helpful, amazing and nice. They were careful with every move they made from West Palm Beach, FL to West Hollywood, CA and also they wrapped everything efficiently. They all had GREAT ATTITUDES on top of everything. Highly appreciated.

Initial contact was great, made apt for an estimate, a rep came out and walked through my house took photos went back to the office and I received a quote within 24 hours. Had several follow up calls to go through my quote item by item to make sure everything was accurate as other estimates came in much higher I didn't want any surprises on moving day. Moving day came and foreman advised me my estimate was basically only covering the items in my garage, he asked for my quote to compare to his and we had to call the office to find out what happen (they wanted to charge me $300+ due to there being stairs in my house, again their rep came to my house and walked those stairs when giving me a quote and no where on the quote was there a line items for "stairs") they waived that fee but with no options I agreed to move forward as I had to be out of my home the next day, they loaded the truck and my estimate went from $2800 to $6000. Movers in S FL were great (not their fault management screwed up my quote). Fast forward to two weeks later delivery day movers didn't show and didn't call. I contacted the office and they rescheduled for the next day, they came but hardware for a bed was missing, a couple other small items were lost but more importantly they wanted the balance paid in cash which no one told me about and they asked us to help them unload as they had another job to get to. After move was completed I called the main office to get an explanation why my quote more than doubled when they walked through my home saw what I had to move, went over line by line items more than once and was reassured their quotes never vary by more than 10-15%. I spoke with two different people, on more than three occasions was promised a return call, never rec'd one and in the end after calling back for the forth time was told they could give me a $50 credit that they would be willing to increase to $100. Save yourself the trouble and call another company.

If you are looking for a trustworthy shifting company, this is the best moving service company in my opinion. Your entire luggage is safe is them. You don't have to worry for even a single penny if you are linked with them. Had my own great experiences.

My experience with Safebound Moving & Storage was excellent from the day I called got a quote all the way through to the delivery of the last item removed from the truck. The price was great! We had a little hiccup with our home closing, and we were unable to get in to the house as quickly as we wanted. So the movers sat patiently for us to get the ok.

Ed and David did a fantastic job of moving us from West Palm Beach, FL to Orlando, FL. They were punctual, efficient, polite and professional in every way. They used door protectors and handled all of our furniture and possessions with care. We needed the king size bed moved to a new position in the bedroom - twice, but they listened to us and moved it to exactly where we wanted it. They put our possessions in place with no trouble. Thanks guys for making our move stress free.

First used Safebound Moving & Storage to help move several large furniture items and boxes out of a storage Pod I had delivered into a rental house. They were awesome and incredibly fast. Decided to use them again when it came time to move everything into a new house. Once again, they were terrific. Safebound Moving & Storage crew, treated furniture with care and darn fast.

My experience with Safebound Moving & Storage exceeded my expectations. From the initial contact with the representative to the time we were delivered this was the least stressful move I have ever made. Having someone I can always reach out to be the biggest plus. They proved every review right.

Really great service - quick, good price and responsive. Safebound Moving & Storage provided a really quick, efficient service. We used them to pack our 2 bed flat and move the items into storage. We then used them to deliver the items to our new address and unpack them. They were really responsive to phone calls and emails and could not have helped more. All items were really well packaged and protected and the speed at which they packed everything was amazing! Would definitely recommend and we will use them again.

Safebound Logistics shouldn't be trusted. They lied and falsified documents. They listed that every single item was damaged. They promised that my furniture will remain in a single truck which was a total LIE. They unload AND re-load all my stuff and everything arrived scratched, dented and or soiled. They delivered a kitchen item broken in many pieces. The dressers and my microwave arrived like if they were dragged on the concrete. The worker Mike damage our mirror with the cutter multiple times in front of me and broke our dining table before loading in the truck and promised to fix what he broke. They demanded to pay an additional charge prior unloading my belongings because according to them not all the packing material was included in the quote. After delivery, I submitted a claim for all the damaged items and after giving me the round and around they say, it can take 6 months. It's been months and they haven't compensated me for the damages. They want to stretch your complain as long as they possibly can, so you run out of time OR simply just give up. Very deceptive business. PLEASE, do yourself a favor, DO NOT TRUST this company. Save yourself a headache and hire another company.

They were everything you'd want. Fast but careful, friendly, accommodating and fair. I was absolutely impressed with Safebound moving and would recommend them without reservation.

I was concerned about my furniture from switching from West Palm Beach, FL to Fort Lauderdale, FL. Then I came to know about the overseas operation of Safebound Moving & Storage. They told me there will be no damage so I booked them and believe me that there was no single scratch to any of my belongings.

UPDATE: In February of 2021, Safebound reached out to me claiming that they have made changes to their business policies and personnel. They offered additional compensation to prove their sincerity and resolve my complaint. I accepted their offer. Original: Safebound prepared fraudulent documents and damaged our belongings during my family's move last July. In working through complaints with various consumer and government agencies, they have repeatedly accused me of lying (despite evidence to the contrary) and have offered only 8% of our moving costs in exchange for our silence. I believe the public deserves to hear about my experience and include it below. Safebound Logistics sent only one person to load our belongings (Mike P.), and we saw him damage a Paloma II dining table and Andover floor mirror, both from Crate & Barrel. While loading, he pointed out to us a single shelf that was scratched, but because he did that, we assumed that he would bring to our attention any cosmetic issues he noticed. Instead, he fraudulently and incorrectly marked that literally every piece of furniture was in a damaged condition at origin. To do so, Mike P. used numeric codes that weren’t immediately clear and then pressured us to sign the paperwork quickly because he was desperate to get on the road. We didn’t notice or understand the damage codes when we signed the paperwork, and he certainly didn’t point them out. After delivery, we figured out the meaning of the numeric codes and found that those codes don't even match the location of damages we claimed. For example, Mike P. marked all 8 dining chairs, an armchair, an end table, 2 beds, a 3rd dresser, and a 3rd nightstand as scratched and/or soiled, but all are still in perfect condition. This proves that his list of damages is fraudulent. Instead, many of our items were damaged during the move due to Safebound's negligence. They even lost an essential part of our sofa, rendering it unusable. Additionally, we chose Safebound because their sales team promised that our items would remain on a single truck for the entire move, but then they then unloaded and reloaded the entire shipment. This likely contributed to the damages we incurred. While our items were in transit, I asked for a final cost so I could have a bank check ready at delivery. They emailed a final price, but then demanded another $228 in charges before they would unload our furniture. Given all of this, I believe that fraud and false claims are common practice for Safebound. We have reached out to the company directly, filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau and Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS), and endured a nearly year-long settlement process with the industry-biased, third-party, CSI Pros platform. At the end of the day, Safebound offered to buy our silence for less than 8% of what we paid. All the while, they have continued to defend their incompetent employees in spite of damaged goods and fraudulent documents. Worse yet, when they replied to the FDACS, they twisted my words and then accused me of lying despite clear evidence to the contrary. In closing, here is what we learned about Safebound Logistics. Get every detail in writing, though in our case, they didn’t even honor what they put in writing. Furthermore, watch the loading crew (or individual) like a hawk. They will mark that everything you own is damaged. Read every line of every page and ask that they explain (in writing) every stray mark written on the page, because if you don’t, they will later claim it means you agreed that every piece of furniture you own was damaged before they loaded it. Finally, if you choose to entrust your belongings to them, you should definitely take out insurance to protect from the mistakes they will certainly make. Apparently, protecting your items from damage is not included in the price they will quote—it’s like a car company charging an extra fee to make sure the new car you bought has no manufacturing defects. If a moving company is unable to move furniture without damaging it and/or unable to execute documents without committing fraud, they should not offer insurance; they should stop moving furniture and find another industry. I strongly encourage you to avoid this company.

Mike was great in helping get everything scheduled, and even gave me a call post-move to see how everything went. Eric showed with 3 of his comrades to move our stuff from a house to a condo. These guys were quick, were careful and were very helpful the whole time. They offered to pack up everything and help with the wardrobe boxes. Recommended!
