This was a little while ago but after I commented on an advertisement about my experience with these scam artists, I figured I’d be sure I didn’t miss an opportunity to tell my story. Quoted $6,900 and on moving day for our move across the state, a Thursday, with the kids’ school starting on Monday, they showed up and said it’s going to be $12k after they apply some discounts. I had no choice. The movers were rude, the estimator, Patric, was radio silent, belongings were damaged, they became impossible to get a hold of, wouldn’t call back or email back, have since blocked me on Facebook for a comment I left on an advertisement I received, never held themselves accountable, paid out shockingly minimal amounts on damaged goods (including a China cabinet) and if you search for the true reviews out there that have been suppressed, you see how often this same treatment occurs.

I've never used a better moving company than Safebound. No problems at all.

My apartment move was very fast and efficient one. In fact, everything was done from start to finish in just a few hours. We didn't carry a big load but the relocation service provider took care of all the items very carefully. They even made sure the fragile items were transported without a single scratch to the fresh apartment.
