Description of Work: Diagnosed my problem as motor on dishwasher going bad.Gave estimate for labor and parts. I chose not to proceed. I have used him many times in past he was always friendly,professional,punctual,fare and honest.

Description of Work: After multiple calls and rescheduling he came over and looked at the dishwasher at an apartment that I rent out. He concluded it needed a new pump and would have to reshedule and return with the parts. I never heard from him again which was fine as I was pretty sure it was only a clog. I hired another company who cleaned out the clog and it's as good as new.

Description of Work: HE ASKED ME SEVERAL QUESTIONS ABOUT MY REFRIDGERATOR TO GET AN IDEA OF THE TYPE, BRAND, AND WHAT IT WAS OR WAS NOT DOING. AFTER THAT HE TOLD ME THAT HE WAS PRETTY SURE WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS AND DID NOT HOLD OUT MUCH HOPE, BUT WOULD STOP BY TO TAKE A LOOK ANYWAY. HE CAME TO DIAGNOS THE PROBLEM AND MY WIFE SAID IT WAS LITERALLY MINUTES BEFORE HE SAID IT WAS NOT WORTH FIXING. MY WIFE ASKED HIM WHICH BRANDS OF REFRIGERATOR HE RECOMMENDED AND HE TOLD HER. HE THEN TOLD HER TO BUY A MORE NARROW ONE THIS TIME BECAUSE PART OF THE PROBLEM WITH OUR OLD FRIDGE WAS THAT THERE WAS NOT ENOUGH ROOM FOR AIR TO CIRCULATE AROUND THE BACK AND SIDES. HE DID NOT TRY TO GET HER TO GO TO ANY APPLIANCE STORE AND ALSO KNOCKED DOWN THE PRICE OF HIS VISIT BECAUSE WE WERE REPEAT CUSTOMERS. RON IS THE KIND OF REPAIR MAN YOU WANT TO DO SOMETHING FOR. HE DOES NOT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF HIS CUSTOMER'S LACK OF KNOWLEDGE. THAT IS WHY I AM WRITING THIS REVIEW. | RON IS DEFINITELY A WINNER!

Description of Work: Called to have an exhaust fan repaired over my barbecue. Ron does not do that type of work, but he did recommend someone else (Jim at ACM). Jim also does not do that kind of work, but he gave me tips on how to track down someone who could do it. All of this was very helpful to me. This will prompt me to call these guys in the future.

Description of Work: Although he charged us for a service call, Mr. Taylor was extremely professional and honest about the problem with our dryer. He was able to come out to us same day, the day before the July 4 holiday, too. He said he could repair it but suggested that we just go out and get a new one, which is refreshing because he could have made decent money off of us. We were impressed with his knowledge, and he gave us great recommendations for a new dryer. I would definitely call on him again for any large appliance repair!

Wow, a repair company that actually talked themselves out of business. What a wonderful experience! I will definitely put them on my list of trusted repair services. Thank you Ron.

Description of Work: We had the electrical ( computer panel) replaced on our dishwasher.. Ron was very helpful. Knowledgeable of the problem. Ordered the panel for us and installed it as quickly as possible. He was very pleasant and I surely would call on him again.

Description of Work: The Technician replaced the on/off switch related to the Top loading door on my Whirlpool Washer, this required removing the lid and top housing. He also cleaned and adjusted the machine in addition to fixing the switch. He went one step further, He adjusted my Whirlpool Clothes Dryer so that it would not rock upon use, he re-attached my lint vent that goes to the external opening in the roof. This is at the back of the Dryer. He cleaned and vacummed the entire area behind both machines. He was fast and very efficent they were top notch. No other word then Excellent and did more than was expected.

Description of Work: My refrigerator was completely out. He put a booster pack on my compressor to get it going and hopefully, it will keep it running. After he did the work I hired him for, he did other things like check the drip pan, clean out the coils, etc.
