RON TAYLOR APPLIANCE REPAIR SERVICE

Ron arrived on time as per our scheduled appointment. He identified the problem immediately, fixed it, cleaned up and schooled me on how to fix it myself should the issue reoccur. Then he gave me advice on how to keep my washer from smelling mildewy, how to perform basic maintenance of my A/C and some other helpful tidbits about Florida issues. Took an hour and I'm better prepared for several things that are bound to happen.

The tech came out in response to my call the next day and inspected the unit. He showed me what had to be done and made the control safe until the new part could be ordered and installed. He then put everything back together. On the second visit after the part had come it the new control unit was installed quickly and neatly. At all times the tech was friendly and courteous.

The services worked out good and he was very prompt. There were not that many problems with the refrigerator. He took care of the minor problems.

Very nice serviceman. Dishwasher was fixed and works well. Only negative was it was very expensive!! I considered actually buying a new dishwasher as the repair was just under $300!!

I called Ron Taylor and left a message on Friday evening. He returned my call Monday morning. Tuesday afternoon Ron arrived on time and ready to work. He diagnosed and fixed both the refrigerator and freezer fans and was really a great guy! The reasonableness of the price for the work was STUNNING. Ron is a gem and deserves your business!!

The oven in question was about 30 years old, and parts are not readily available. The repair person that came out had once been a repair person for the specific manufacturer. Because of his specialized knowledge, he realized he could use a particular part to make the repair. A new oven would've cost us around $700.00 and the service was only $150.00, so they saved us a significant amount of money. He even replaced an indicator light at no extra cost. I would highly recommend them.

I would highly recommend him in fact I am using him again 3/8/2011 because our microwave is not working. I would use him hands down. EXCELLENT SERVICE.

Ron was able to get to me within 4 hours of calling. He said my freezer was the most frosted over one he had ever seen. He defrosted it with heat driers, replace the heating element and cleared the drain, all within an hour and half. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and was able to quickly get me back to normal.

Our dishwasher had stopped working. It filled with water and drained, but the water didn't get sprayed around. The serviceman diagnosed the problem as a bad motor. He got the part and replaced it the same day. We haven't had a problem since.

I absolutely love this man. He is extremely professional, very fair priced, and just really great all around. I did not pay him because it was a professional referral courtesy kind of thing. Out of all the appliance guys, like the flight-by-nights that you can't trust or the guys that come out and do a little thing and want to charge you a billion dollars, Ron is a real appliance guy. He comes out and treats you right. He fixes it right the first time.

My freezer was leaking all over the floor, both freezer and 'frig were not working. I called GE - they couldn't come until next Tuesday. I called another company from Angie's list and Ron Taylor. Even though Ron himself was on vacation, his back-up people got on the job. Chuck was here and had the job completed within three hours. I am still waiting for the other company to call me back. Thank you for saving my groceries.

Owner Ron responded to my service call promptly and in a friendly manner. He told me he would be in my Palm Bch Gdns area in three days, asked if I could wait which I could easily do in this matter. He not only repaired the problem wire connection, but also showed me how to repair this if it were to reoccur and charged for time only, $60, which I felt was very fair and appropriate. He also answered a preventative maintanence question I had concerning my central AC system (a do it yourself cleaning). I originally selected Ron Taylor from Angies List and do not hesitate to recommend his services to others.

I called, told him my problem and what I thought was problem and what I had done. He came, had tools or device to finish and said I had been on right track

I phoned, described my problem with a refrigerator water dispenser... immediately was told, "You need to talk to Chuck. He's the go to gut on dispensers." Actually recommended another firm that could probably solve my issues faster, and with expertise." Business that interact, to better serve customers, will always get my business. Aces here.

I felt that he could have told me over the phone to put the dial in the stop position, but then he wouldn't been able to charge me. I suppose that his fee was reasonable for a service call.

I would highly recommend Ron Taylor for any appliance repair! I usually cringe when something breaks, because you don't know what you're in for. Ron is courteous, prompt, knowledgeable and professional. His contact information is now on my washer and in my Rolodex in INK!

They were great. It is a german brand that not everybody does. He even had the part in his truck.

My daughter was staying at my Condo in West Palm Beach,Fl. she called me to tell me that the dryer had stopped working. I was at my summer house in WV and didn't know where to turn. I got on Angies list to find a repairman. Low and behold the first one I called was Ron Taylor of Charleston,Wv not too far from where I am now. Of course I always trust a fellow hillbilly like myself. He even trusted me to mail him a check. It took a lot of stress off me since I wasn't there to handle it. Would definately recommend him. My daughter said he was very courteous, polite and fast.

Called this repair service in the morning. A repairman was in our home by 11:30 a.m. He needed to leave to purchase the appropriate part. He returned and made the appropriate repair thereby rendering the icemaker in working condition.

Ron and Paul went above and beyond after running into unusual problem , they brought dryer back to their shop to finish repair and had dryer back at my house later that same day

I called Ron this morning, and he said someone would be here before noon. Paul called and asked directions, and was here at 10:30 AM. Paul has a pleasant personality and went right to work. He was here about 45 mins. He gave us the cost up front.

My oven had been unable to self-clean for over a year: a previous appliance tech had diagnosed a multi-hundred $$ repair and suggested that I consider a new appliance. After I got on the list and found Ron Taylor's ratings I decided to give him a try. One of his techs came out and diagnosed the problem with the latch, and said the replacement part and installation would be about $125. He did not have the part but was back a few days later to make the repair. There could have been a snag because we had a last-minute problem with being available at the agreed time, but they were able to work with us to get the repair finished on the agreed date.
