Everything went well. They replaced the zone changing assembly. It was a house I am selling so I did not meet any of the workers but they all seemed very nice on the phone.

The interior stayed insect free for a year

We're still in the beginning stage because I had extra services but I had my fingers crossed, and their initial visit was very good. I did the Angie's List deal and they were very good at that and I was impressed enough that I'm transferring other business over to them and hoping that they will do as good as job in the future as they did on the Angie's List promotion.

I had called and spoke to the owner. The ad is kinda misleading. I didn't realized that there's a one time treatment of $225 and the ad is actually for whole year package deal. Hence, it's not what I'm looking for.

They were very good. They were very professional. We dealt with another company before which was outrageously expensive. Overall, his long-term pest treatment was very reasonable. He is a very pleasant young guy.

Evaluationn of system was done. Estimate was given for work to be done later in the week. When work was completed it came in under the estimate. All workers timely and professional.

It went well and they did it a few days after I bought the deal. He was even early for the appointment and did a good job.

We had a deal for sprinkler/system tune-up, but knew we needed additional work. They were able to replace most of our existing heads, replaced our timing unit and box, and a few other things quickly and correctly. Our system is working great now.

It went very well! The tech was there under an hour. He was very knowledgeable & helpful. As soon as I called them, it was very easy to schedule an appointment. They were very flexible with my schedule and it wasn't a problem.

I saw the offer on Angie's List for sprinkler inspection/tune-up at $49. An appointment was quickly made and team arrived on time. When we turned on my system the different zones did not function properly so the team advised that they could not properly inform the inspection so they did not charge me at that time. We discussed some mechanical featured of my system and they provided me we an estimate of what it would cost to replace the index valve. That plus a tee bushing ball valve cost $300. I decided to do this and the team came back again and the system works fine. They also tuned up the system from the original deal and took the time to adjust aim on some nozzles as I requested. The total cost for services was $349. The team got caught in traffic for this second visit but called to let me know. Very courteous. In general the office is professional, prompt, and helpful. The only constructive comment is that the blue glue used on the piping ran and was not wiped up and remained blue after it dried. My husband believes this should have been wiped up for a more professional job. Other than that everything works fine now.

Showed up on time. The two guys were very professional and did a great job of looking and doing minor repairs to my sprinkler system. I had some clogged sprinkler heads and they took care of the right away. These guys actually ran from sprinkler to sprinkler to get the job done fast!! Outstanding. Will use them again when I have sprinkler problems. John and Flaco were great.

I called provider to schedule my service. We live in a gated community and have just moved into this community. I explained to the gentleman that my husband would be picking up our kids at 3 oclock fromschool and he would meet him at the development at 330. On the scheduled day he called me at 318 to tell me he was at the front of the development and needed to get thru the gate. I told him to contact my husband as he would be home at 330. He then called my husband who explained that he was picking up the kids and would be home in 10 minutes which was the original time we had scheduled. The gentleman told us that he could not wait because he had another call afterwards and my husband, being polite, told him if he would like to flip the jobs he would understand. The man said no he would wait for him to get home. My husband said he was home 10 minutes later and no one was there. I was very upset when i found out as i came home later that night and called the next day to reschedule the appointment. The gentleman then told me there would be a 25 dollar fee for making him come out for the time before which I agreed to pay ( even though we have no proof he was ever here). We resch for the next thursday at 430. On that thursday he did not call and he did not show up. Icaleed immediately and have now called two more times since then and have received no call back. I am not the type of person to complain about services, however when you pay for a service and never recieving that service it is very aggravating and extremely upsetting. Safe to say I am ready to go to the better business bureau to report them and will not buy another big deal as there is obviously no guarantee you will receive the service you have paid for. If I ever hear back from them or they decide to follow though with their service as they should I will write another review based on my follow up but until then I'm very unhappy.

We just moved into a new home and took advantage of O'Hara's coupon on Angie's List for a sprinkler inspection. I was very happy with this service. Derek Davis was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He was very professional and I would definitely use this company again.

Nice guys, but I quickly came to realize that the pest technician wasn't much more than a bug sprayer. I hired this company for occasional crazy ants in the kitchen but more importantly, for swarms of spiders on the screened-in patio (which they highlighted in their Angie's List listing). That last concern was never corrected. After one particular treatment, I called the office and the young lady who answered the telephone said the reason why I was seeing more spiders was because their spraying actually brought out others who had been hiding. Late summer, in addition to the recurring spiders, I noticed small winged insects had taken over my pool. I showed these to technician, Alex, who admitted that he didn't know what they were but that he would speak with manager, Chris, and figure it out. After 2-3 days of hearing nothing, I called the office. The young lady who answered the telephone asked me if the technician had taken any photographs of the insects. I would have guessed that he would have, but I didn't know for sure. Shortly after that, Chris called me back and told me that this was the first that he had heard of my pool problem and asked me to text him photographs. I did, and the texting between the two of us began. Chris said he couldn't make out the type of insect it was from my photo but finally decided that they were flying ants that would need outdoor lawn service to correct. I agreed, and out came Alex to spray the lawn and go after the spiders one more time. I found a note on my door when I arrived home from work that evening that the lawn was sprayed but not the spiders because it had starting to rain. To my knowledge, he never returned to do that job and despite the lawn spraying, the pool bugs never disappeared. When I paid the bill online for the outdoor spraying, I wrote the company saying that I no longer required their services. I didn't believe that it had accomplished the results that I desired. But about a month later, technician Alex called me that he was coming out the next day for house spraying. I informed him that I had canceled the service so not to come out. Despite that, a new online bill for service showed up in my inbox the next day, which I have ignored.
