Everything went well as expected right from the first call until the actual job was completed all at a very reasonable rate, staff was very personable and readily available. I have done called all the commercialized companies just to get shocked at their pricing. Call O'Hara they do it all inside and out and set up a schedule with them at a nominal cost. Thank You.

Everything went well and everybody was approachable.

They arrived on time after calling first to give me an ETA. Went to work quickly and efficiently. They made requested repairs and some not requested repairs that I was aware of. Costs were as stated.

Horrible experience. Worker never showed up on the date he originally stated. We had to keep calling multiple times just to get him to come out. Eventually they completed the job, which entailed installing new plants in front of the house. The job was done so poorly, we had the plants removed and paid a different company to redo the landscaping.

They came within a few days, did the treatment and we haven't had a problem with white flies ever since.

Contract was in my opinion misrepresented. Most repairs were not covered. (always read the fine (FINE) print. My mistake but the salesman misrepresented himself. After the second or third check up......things started breaking. Until my Sprinkler and motor went out......(????!!!!$$$$$$). I ended up canceling my service and going with someone else...have not had any problems since.

The home was experiencing high water bill cost. We brought in the provider to check out the sprinkler system to see if there were any leaks causig the high water usage. They found none. All sprinlker heads were checked. The flow meter also. He provided instructions on how to monitor. They were very helpful and professional. I would use them again.

I contacted Ohara's through Angie' list due to the great reviews that they received. They came out and did a great job repairing my system. It worked great for a year and a half and then the timer stopped working 3 months ago. I called them and they told me that the timer was not under warranty and they would have to charge me to come out. They said ther was nothing they could do.. After doing some research I found that the K Rain timer has a 24 month warranty and it will expire on 5/27/15. I called the office again and asked to speak with a manager and was told there was no one there for me to speak to but they would get back to me. After 2 weeks I called back and was told the same thing. Still waiting. I have sent them 2 emails and still no response. I would like Ohara's to come out and fix or replace the timer before it is out of warranty.

They stopped by one day without my knowledge and some items that needed attention were not addressed because I wasn't home to tell them. . I called and told them that I needed to be home for their appointments so that I could communicate with their tech about what I felt was needed. The scheduling person was not too happy with that because apparently the stops in my area were infrequent and they preferred to stop by whenever they could. I did not want this. They started to call me the day before they wanted to stop by ... sometimes this was ok sometimes not. The last scheduling call I got from them was in October and I was in Indiana and couldn't return until mid-November. They did not call me in November or December. I called today January 14. If I couldn't accept the next day service call ... I had to wait a month or two for the next stop.... not good. Then they would forget about me until I called them ... again, I had to wait until the following month. The bottom line is this: This may be a fine company but their scheduling person is NOT "service oriented" . She was abusive and uncooperative. Today, after missing service for about 6 months + I called and she wanted to schedule a stop the tomorrow between 12 and 2 pm. I happen to have a Doctor appointment at 1 so she said since they had over 500 customers and I had to wait until next month. Her attitude was unbelievable for a "Service" organization. I said I needed to have a wider window for scheduling ... so she hung up on me. Of course, because of her arrogance, O'Hara Services now has one less customer. I won't recommend these people to anyone but, apparently they have plenty of business and don't need the business.

Went well, very fast and professional I am using the lawn service now

They did a wonderful job and we continue to use them today. We have a yearly prevention contract with them.

They wanted much higher price for the second time, but did a great job otherwise.

The technician was punctual and very friendly, explaining what needed to be done. Upon arrival to perform the services, the technician got right to work, finished the job in a few hours, cleaned up after himself and did a great job!

Used this company for almost 2 years and everything WAS great. The guy in charge of pest control, Chris, left the company and since then it has gone downhill. The last time they were supposed to come they strung me along for over a week and then when the guy came he did a very poor job. I decided to give them one more chance. I live in a guard gated community and they said that they came today. I was home all day and they never came. In addition, they never hung anything from my door stating that they were here and there is no record with the guard gate that they came here. I contacted the company after I received an email stating that they were charging my credit card. They said that the tech was here and it shows on there so called GPS system. That is such a lie!!! My guard gate did not call, they did not post anything on my door, and I was home all day and never saw anyone! I will be disputing with my credit card and telling everyone not to use this horrible company! UPDATE: Turns out I moved 4 months ago and they have been going to my old house. The owner called and refunded my money.

The sprinkles were past the "tune up" phase. Some needed replaced or moved. Overall good job.
