Scheduling was fine. The technician was very good and able to get rid of the ants well. He spent a lot of time here and he seemed very thorough. He did everything I had asked and he seemed very knowledgeable.

He was excellent, and professional. Would use again for sure?.am actually going to call for another treatment soon.

Out money?this is a scam operation. Stay away

They never called I never got service, so I am out the money. I wrote to angies list with no reply also

No pressure to sign any subscription plans and merchant fully explained pros/cons of different treatment options. And gave suggestions for DIY strategies between professional treatments.

I originally hired Ohara for pest control services and lawn maintenance about 15 months ago. The lawn maintenance service was abysmal. Weeds were out of control despite multiple reassurances from the manager that they will take care of the problem. When I asked to terminate the service after several months of unsuccessful " weed control attempts" the manager refused citing that service and payment have to continue per contract. I eventually settled to terminate service by paying a fee.

We originally tried an Angie's List Group for White Fly Treatment with O'Hara Services. The technican was nice, but stated that we needed more intensive pest control as our white fly infestation was bad. I would have agreed with the assessment, as our ficus hedge looked spindly and you could see tiny white flies near the lawn. They gave me a quote of $270 to control 175 ft. feet of ficus and 6 coconut palms (for white fly) and I signed a quarterly contract for one year in July 2013. They stated their normal rate was $1/sq. ft. for the ficus but they would give me a discount and make it .50 cents/sq. ft. They came out again Oct. 24th and this time added another $75.00 to the $270 (white fly for ficus and coconut palms) to treat our Areca Palms. They came out again Dec. 26th and charged me another $150 for white fly treatment, as our plants still looked sickly. On Jan. 23/14, I was charged another $345 ($150 for quarterly lawn fertilization, $120 for white fly for coconut palms, and $75 for Areca Palms). I just got another call today that they wanted to come in Feb. 27th again for another spraying. They came in extra times because our plants weren't seeing a huge improvement. When I told them that we were thinking of cancelling the service, as we weren't seeing a huge benefit, and the costs were expensive (my husband could do it himself, since retiring), I was told that since I signed a year contract for quarterly service, they would still bill me $540 for the remaining contract if I cancelled. I'm not against paying for a service that I think adds value and if I see my yard looking better, but this didn't seem to be the case. When I signed, I was assured that a quarterly spraying was all that was needed. Their technician is a nice guy, however, the front office seems to care more about the money, than great customer service. We've used Orkin in the past, and they allow you to cancel anytime providing you give them notice. Be aware, O'Hare will not....even if you're not 100% satisfied with the service. .

Service person would not perform what I considered a tune up and what office said he would do. I explained my needs to office personnel before the purchase was made. This UPdate: above review is in regards to a pre-purchased coupon from Angie's List for IRRIGATION system tune-up NOT Pest control/Extermination. Please correct.

Joseph was very easy to work with. He took his time and made sure he got all the sprinkler heads worked and replace the ones that needed replaced. I would call and ask for Jopeph again.

Scheduling was easy and they came when they said they would. The technician was very nice to work with. I felt the coupon was misleading in the verbiage. I was not aware it was for a year round pest control and I would have had to sign a contract. I ended up getting a refund.

He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and a pleasure to do business with. I will definitely use O'Hara's again and recommend them to friends.

They did an ok job mowing the grass and the price was good (Angie's list coupon) but they do not return phone calls. This caused some problems.

We used the service right after we purchased the deal. They did a good job and were accommodating. The technician was very nice and I kept their card.

My parents moved into a ne home that was left vacant for over a year. Upon moving in, they noticed ants in the home. A thorough treatment was done in and out of the home. Appeared successful in controlling the ants. Nice job.

All well. Showed up on time. Fixed a couple of sprinklers, adjusted most, posted flag on sprinklers that needed replacement. He said I won't change them because your HOA should take care of them. I'd have to charge you for the work. Will certainly call them again when work is needed.

They did just what they said they would. The serviceman was polite and friendly.

Arrived on time. Repaired heads. Timely and good job.

I asked Derick to give me an estimate to get the system fixed, and install new piping to areas that weren't getting wet. His estimate was very reasonable and he'll be back Friday to fix my system now that the dry season is upon us. I am very pleased with Derick and Ohara, I definitely want them working on my sprinkler system.

My ratings weren't done "on the fly". Derek was punctual, thorough, and professional. He explained their maintenance program which I chose not to purchase at the time. I would use them without hesitation in the future.
