Description of Work: He checked the system and fixed a broken head. I also asked him to add the sprinklers to the plants on the balcony which he did for a small price. I don't remember exactly when he came or how much the special offer was. He was very nice and professional.

Description of Work: The provider is O'Hara Pest Control. Kris Wilson called and came to my house the same day as we spoke and accomodated my work schedule by making me his last stop. I needed inside bug treatment. Kris treated the inside and the outside walls of my house. I will need a second treatment as I suspected but no fault of O'hara's, I was infested. I will be calling them again very soon for that. Kris also helped save my Gumbo Limbo tree as the White Fly has just about killed it. An injection was done into the roots of the tree as the granules I tried were useless. This one treatment was $50 - I thought that was costly but if you love your tree(s), it is worth it. His service was exceptional.

Description of Work: I had to schedule two times and when they came out they fixed two sprinkler heads. They charged me $70 to return every three months to maintain the system. They never returned. Six months later they called to come out. I told them to forget it I repaired everything on my own. Very disappointing and a steal of my money

The technician signed you up for $70 quarterly maintenance. He was suppose to come out 3 months later to perform another service and charge you for the first service. You were never charged.I think there was an error in the scheduling department, we apologize.

Description of Work: Good experience. I bought a Big Deal and always worry that the company is going to throw in hidden charges or try to get us to buy more services. This company did exactly what we paid for. Because there was no pressure to buy more....and we were happy with their service, we would definitely use them again.
