Description of Work: Joe came to repair 3 sprinkler heads and to reprogram the system. He was extremely professional and explained everything he was doing. We discovered some additional issues during his visit and he was kind enough to explain what it would take to repair it. I would definitely use O'Hara again!

Description of Work: The tech was great! But my angie's list coupon was not applied. So.... Total cost &400. I will not be using angie's list deals any longer. The best part was Joseph. He worked very hard.

Description of Work: The provider called me to confirm my appointment, except moved the scheduled appointment to another time of the day. I tried to explain why this would not work and she asked me what my problem was because she was providing me with 24 hours notice of the change. I explained to her that I am an attorney and that I had scheduled my meeting around the appointment that she scheduled for me and that the time change was a problem. To make a long story short, she ended up hanging up on me, so this provider has not provided me with a service and I need a refund.

Description of Work: The landscsping looked OK ar first. however they tore out some plants I wanted left in and replaced them. I asked for follow up maintenance services and they did not provide them. The landscaping never really took hold and now looks terrible. They charged more than expected and provided no follow up support, even though I was willing to pay for the extra service. They did not refer me to anyone else who could/would provide follow up. I felt like we were "blown off". I haven't used Angie's list since then.

Description of Work: O'Hara sent a tech to check the sprinklers. The tech sold me on a new system but had to return over four times to get the system working. Thereafter, last month I had a new tech come do the quarterly maintenance and found he had to do additional work because the original tech did not do the installation correctly.

Description of Work: Provider came out and gave a comprehensive estimate on our residential sprinkler system. Have not had the work performed as of yet, will be having the work done in the near future. The estimate for the repairs to the system are fair and competitive, Having had a good initial contact gave enough confidence that the work will be done to our satisfaction. Will review more after the work is completed.

Description of Work: We now have a contract with O'Hare. |Our yard, shrubs, trees look the healthiest they have looked in 3 years since O'hare has taken over! Workers are professional, pleasant and knowledgable and do the job they say they are going to do....which is rare here in south Florida!!
