O'Hara Pest Control

We called O'Hara's exterminating Company, a person was sent out. We met "Danny" who was courteous, and prompt in his servoce to our home. He explained the situation and we were happy with his advise. We complied and everthing has been good regarding the spider, silverfish, and other bugs we had inside our home. Thank you for giving us peace of mind. The price was a bargain for knowing our home is free of these pests.

It was great! As I mentioned, it has been 4 months since the treatment, and we still have not had ants in the house. Well done!

I was not here for this service. I did not get the message service was being performed the next day, so I did not unlock the back porch. Most of my ant problems fester on the back porch leading to my kitchen. I usually spray the porch myself with Ortho, and it seems to keep the problem under control.

They came asked if i needed long term upkeep i said no thank you just immediate control of Sugar ants. They were friendly n did the basics. N left.

Danny was very professional. He answered my questions about ants getting in from outside, and assured me chemicals would not harm my dogs. Then he showed me where insects were attacking my lawn. I have used 2 previous companies to spray for white fly. They were more expensive than O'Hara, and white flies came back long before next scheduled treatment. I am hoping chemicals used by Danny will do the trick. If not, he has promised to come back and re-treat before the next scheduled treatment in January.

They're always on time, come when they say they're going to & call to remind me the day before they come out. So far so good! I don't know if the hedge is coming back yet but they said they could save it.

I had no complaints at all. The service took somewhere around 30 minutes. The Gentleman that described O'Hara's various service options seemed very knowledgeable about his business & science. No high pressure. It was, all in all, an agreeable experience, and I plan to see them soon for another service call.

I purchased an Angie's List Deal from Ohara's for an internal and external pesticide treatment. I called and left my details and received a prompt call back within a few hours. I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day without an issue. They gave me a two hour window and the technician Danny called ahead and arrived promptly right at the beginning of the agreed timeframe. He performed the service and discussed my specific needs going forward. I was so pleased with the experience I have already decided to move forward with them on a rolling basis. Competitive pricing and impeccable service, cannot ask for more.

Discovered ants in the kitchen as well in the Master bath and decided it was time to call a professional. The Terro just wasn't effective anymore. Got O'Hara reference from Angie's list (and the $50 coupon to try service) and made an appointment. I was called back and the appointmnent was set, also received a call on the day of from the technician advising he would be 10 minutes late. Good Communication. I showed the tech (I forgot his name) the points of ingress and he went right to work then after the application he advised that I had an infestation as showed me additionals points. He told me I would need a couple more visits to fully eradicate the problem but I wanted to see how effective the initial treatment worked before committing to services.

Exterminating called in advance and left message of his intended arrival. He arrived within the time period expected. He explained treatments, acted professionally, and sprayed inside and outside of home.

Returned my call promptly and was able to schedule an appointment within a couple days. Arrived on time and after inspecting inside and outside, told me the recommended treatment. Everything went according to plan and we like the results so far. Very professional and would recommend their services.

I was overall pleased with the service but the workers came in the house and tracked dirt and mud all over.

I was not home when Kris came to service our home. He was on time which made my Husband extremely happy as he had to go to work and we both work in Miami-Dade County. Kris not only performed excellent service, but he went above and beyond the call of duty. Kris performed a service which was not part of our original Service Agreement. As Kris and my Husband talked he mentionened that I'm extremely afraid of FROGS and we're talking about calling in sick if come out my door to go to work and I jump at the large Frogs and they don't always move. They sit there like I'm a guest and won't move. I will and have called in sick when they won't move. Not only did Kris do the service he PROMISED FOR FREE, HE ALSO PUT SOMETHING DOWN TO REPELL THE FROGS, Which in my Book Kris you have made a friend for life. Would I use O'Hara Service again, DEFINATELY YES. Kris did not have to do anything for no charge, He truly CARED about making amends. What I see is a company that CARES about his Clients. The experience with Chris, the technician has been excellent. Chris is a professional who goes out of his way to do the job well.

Punctual and professional but ineffective. I specifically used this service for the purpose of alleviating an infestation of small moisture ants. One month later, the infestation is still there without any improvement whatsoever.
