Their service was great. The first experience was so good I signed up for their monthly membership. They are very good about communicating when they will arrive.

They came in the spring to spray for ants. It took care of the problem and I have had no issues since. They now come every month. Their costumer service is excellent. The guy was very professional and on time. They even called ahead to confirm the appointment.

Somewhere along the lines the weed control was not done. I spoke with the technician and he said it was not on the list to do. I wrote a note and stated if the service did not include the weed control I would no longer be using their services. They actually called back right away and explained they had made a mistake. They were very nice and came out right away to fix it. They were also prompt.

I had a few other quotes. The price was good and they came out when they said they would. They immediately fixed the problem and have returned since to check the traps. Their service was great.

They were extremely polite and professional. They wanted to come early and called ahead to ensure it was okay. The pests I saw before the treatment I have not seen since. They did a very thorough job. I was pleased with the service.

They came out the first time to make a deal and they did not stick to it.

The serviceman, Kris, arrived as scheduled and performed the contracted work. I had had a continuing problem with ants and had used 3 other service providers with little to no results. After the first visit, the ant population began to decrease and in a few days very few ants were seen. Kris called back to check on the results and then came out and performed a free follow-up application. I was so satisfied that I have entered into a yearly maintenance contact with O'Hara Pest Services. I highly recommend their services.

Company was punctual, the serviceman was very proffessional and friendly. He sprayed around house and then the interior, he told me about their service and recommended a package to me but i found it too expensive compared to what i had paid in the past for the monthly service. After the special the ants left the bathroom but took up residence in the kitchen :( i didnt call the service back as i had used their special offer and anymore treatment was not included. I would recommend them to people.

They did a nice job. I am not positive it was a savings because I received an estimate for lest form a competitor. I had to call twice before they returned my call about four days later. However, they were prompt and on top of it. They were professional but I would have appreciated a return phone call sooner. Overall, they did a good job.

They seem to have taken care of the problem on the inside. They will come back if we call in between services. They work with my schedule and call ahead of time to make sure I am available . They will also reschedule in a moments notice.

We have been using them for about three months. They have done very well so far. They are very respectful and show up on time. We see a significant improvement over the problem we had.

They came to inspect and fix sprinkler heads. They did a good job and unclogged and repositioned sprinkler heads. Reliable and I would use them again

Tech did a comprehensive check on the sprinkler system and provided helpful suggestions regarding changes that would be worthwhile for our private-well based sprinkler system. He completed the corrective actions (sprinkler head replacements, installation of upgraded sprinkler nozzles), and identified an account credit that was warranted?then agreed to return at the end of the current dry season to conduct an additional system check as a means of meeting the account credit. Courteous, good attention to detail, got the system back to a fully functional status inclusive of some sprinkler heads which had been non-functional for years. On a scale of 1 to 10, I?d give them a 9 (only downside was the need to reschedule once).

Kept appointment, very prompt, sprayed inside and out and did not pressure me to sign up for monthly service.

It went perfect. They showed up on time, did a thorough job, cleaned up afterward., and we have been bug free since.

They scheduled to come between 2:30 and 3:30pm. I called at 3:35 because no one showed up. They told me the technician is on his way. He showed up around 4:20. Once here, he is very professional and pretty knowledgeable. He is thourough, even sprayed outside area that would be poured concrete next week. Overall I'm happy with their work and signed a half year contract with them.

They returned my call the same day and were able to come out the next. Service was prompt and friendly.

Chris came to my place and showed up on time. First he did the whole house as per coupon purchased, killing a black ants infestation in one of the walls in front of my house. He gave me an estimate for my lawn care that was infested with weed and dead spots. I paid $160.00 for the lawn service, but this number may not be the same for everyone because the sq ft that varies from place to place. I found the price to be very fair to me. He came back a week after and did the whole lawn and took care of one of my palms that was infested with white flies. Also, I decided to have his pest control services every 3 months. My lawn looks really nice now and getting better every month, and the ants are controlled . I would recomend those guys for anyone who wants to spend money taking care their places.

Chris & Alex came out to inspect and control our issues with spiders, ants and roaches. They were very thorough, went through the entire home inside and out. They're service is professionally done without causing harm to us our our cat. Chris pointed out probelm areas and gave great advice on how to prevent further infestation. I look forward to seeing them again , as we have purchased a yearly service, bi-monthly. Thanks!
