They've been coming every other month. So far, I've had 2 full treatments, and have done one extra treatment in between.The owner is very personable and I find him easy to work with. They did get rid of our ant problem. They are treating for the white fly now, which is more difficult. They are good about follow-up, and we are very pleased.

I was completely overrun by roaches. The problem with the roaches is almost all cleared up. I Now I am having the O'Hara pest control on a regular basis.

I used an Angie's list's prepaid deal for O'Hara Services. It was easy to schedule and the guy showed up on time. He was professional and knowledgable. Unlike past companies that I've used, the technician was into his job. He wasn't just a button pusher. He was well trained and experienced. Will use them again!

Great overall experience so far. We are new customers but I am very optimistic. They are local so when you call, you get someone here in the "neighborhood", not some call center in another state.

The service was done two to three weeks ago and I'm on Angies list now looking for another pest control company b/c for some reason, after Ohara's treatment, i now am seeing roaches everywhere and they are not dead. Before I'd spot a dead one here and there but now it's like they're coming from places I've never before seen, and we've been here 5 years! We are very clean people and don't leave food out and yet I'm now seeing roaches! I wouldn't recommend Ohara for pest control but he seemed knowledgeable about plants, landscaping and white flies.

The technician called this morning and he came this afternoon to treat my home. I was not having any problems but I like to have my home treated at least twice a year. Kris Wilson was the young man who did the service and he did a full inspection of the entire perimeter of my home and and he treated the whole outside and then he did the inside including my patio, entrance and interior. His work was both professional and a learning experience for me. I will recommend O'Hara's pest control company to all my friends and relatives. Thanks Angie's List for your great recommendation.

It was 4/5 in my opinion. The ant treatment did work and the service was performed very well. The only reason I am not giving a 5 is because I had to call three times to the office so I get a call back to schedule the service. Also, I got my appointment cancelled/rescheduled, 1h 30 minutesbefore the original one, which was not right.

I had a terrible problem with whitefly. All my plants were being destroyed. I had tried some treatments I purchased, but to no avaii. I purchased an Angies list coupon for approx. $50 dollars for a whole interior and exterior treatment (I had ants inside). Kris came out and spent a good amount of time with me reviewing the yard and my interior, and providing eduction. He treated inside and out. The ants were gone by the next day. My plants started looking better within a short time. I now have O'Hara come out regularly for interior and exterior maintenance at a very reasonable cost. The price was less than the qutes I received from the company that has my termite warranty, and another well known pest control company. I am satisfied and would definately recommend this company.

They came and spray,was no smell,in 2 weeks they came again(for no charge)In one month the roaches were gone totally!

The company showed up on time, worked efficiently. and left everything cleaned up and tidy. We were sufficiently pleased with the service that we signed up for a quarterly service, which we requested (it was not pushed on us). We have had our first service, and it went every bit as well as the initial service. In this case, all work (including the replacement parts) are included.

We purchased the Angies Big Deal. They sent two people, who were prompt, professional and friendly. We would use them again!

We plan to use him again in the future.

We drove down from Providence, RI to visit our condo in Greenacres which had been empty and unvisited for 3 years, and we were very wary of what critters can enter empty property in the sub-tropics. I checked with Angie's List and called O'Hara Services from Providence before we left to alert them to our concerns about the unused condo. I spoke with Chris, who urged us to enter and view the property first before making an appointment so we could give him a better idea of was ther. As soon as we arrived at the condo we called and left a message on Chris cell phone, which he returned withing an hour. We were able to tell him that the place looked pretty clear but that I did spot a "palmetto" roach in one of the bathrooms. He arranged to see us the next morning, arrived and made a thoroungh inspection of the place. The roach was actually dead and dried up, but he left traps and bait just in case. He did a thorough spraying and baiting of the condo and porch area, and even included some other less standard treatment because it was still on the truck from the night before. I was ready to sign up for whatever he suggested as I am pretty weak-kneed about insects, but when Chris heard our circumstances (that we would stay only one moth and not return until next winter) - he urged us to just do a one shot deal, especially because the place aws as clean and bug-free as he found it. I was so impressed, not only by his thorouhgness, but by his integrity in refusing to sell us more services than we need right now. I will absolutely call on O'Hara Services next year when we plan to begin spending more time in Florida.

This company is very professional. I found their staff representative (Joseph) to be very helpful and listen to my specific request. He gave me excellent counsel with various options. (Pros) #1 They fixed the break in the (lakeside) irrigation main line for my sprinkler system. #2 They installed a new Electronic Timer for my two (2) zone sprinkler irrigation system and took the time to show me how to operate it. #3 They installed eight new (8) pop-up sprinkler heads with new piping in areas of the backyard (lakeside) that had poor water coverage. #4 They adjusted and cleaned to (tune-up) all the existing heads. (Cons) #1 It cost me a total of $943.00 for the entire job. I don't know if that was reasonable price or if I overpaid, as I got no other quotes for the work; however, the work performance is excellent. In summary, I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE if they have any lawn sprinkler irrigation needs. I plan to have them as the company of choice for my future sprinkler irrigation work and service as the need should arise.

I have not had any issues since they sprayed, which is awesome. I did not have to be home for them to come and perform the service. It was only a day or two after I called them that they were able to come out for the scheduled appointment. They also called to get follow-up feedback to find see if I was satisfied with the service and to make sure I was happy.
