I assume it went fine. I was not there when the work was done.

Our current sprinkler controller box was mounted on the front of the house and was huge and unsightly. We called O'Hara and they came out promptly. They called to let me know they were within 15 minutes of my house. They were professional and explained all the options that were available to me. They relocated and installed a new controller for me, which required running electrical wiring and digging up my front yard. They took great care with the entire process. You would never know they had to dig a trench at all. I am very happy with their work.

Couldn't have gone better. Right on time, very courteous and professional. Took care of the immediate problem, gave suggestions for preventive measures, and left. Highly recommended.

I had a little trouble first getting an appointment for them to come out. When we could get the appointment he came to the house and through my error could not get through the front gate. Was very nice about my mistake, and returned on another day. I was not home but the house was full family. The bedrooms were not treated, and although we had a very minor pest problem there were no results. I called the company several times to try to get more information, and no one returned my call. I can't say that they did a bad job because I was not there while they were doing it but I do not understand why they did not do the bedrooms of the house. We were seeing one or two bugs in the kitchen each day. After the service we continued to see one or two bugs in the kitchen each day. I solved the problem myself with help from the Internet. They really need to work on returning phone calls.

I was most impressed with Eddie Weber and his crew. They were punctual professional polite and the price was fair and reasonable. They get an A+ for their hard work and attention to detail.

The team was very gracious, knowledgable, accommodating and hardworking. They did a great job and by the time they were finished the entire irrigation system was working beautifully. O'Hara Services had previously done extensive and excellent landscape work for us.

The men were hardworking and accommodating and the results exceeded our expectations. Before leaving, they cleaned up the leaves and residue of the plants and trees that were removed. We were so pleased we engaged O'Hara Services to do future irrigation work for us.

They arrived on schedule and were professional and courteous. In addition to the regular interior/exterior treatment, Kris found several ant trails and provided a special treatment to eliminate them. Alex did a thorough white fly and fertilizer treatment. I would call them again.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was good. Someone came out not long after I purchased the deal and scheduled the service after he met with me. I started a service plan with them and I think the first 1 or 2 services were included in that deal and anything after that is more. I was satisfied with the service.

The service was excellent. Service manager arrived on time and was very professional and knowledgeable. A very good experience.

I was able to get an appointment quickly and the technician called me with details. Everything went very smoothly.

We had purchased a big deal for their services, and it was okay. I had to pay more for the extra amount of services. They were good, but the only thing was that they try to get you to sign a contract to come out multiple times to perform the service. I talked to several people in the industry, and they said it was not neccessary to perform the service multiple times.

The work done was very well and professional. Eddie, the sales professional, was excellent. They have three divisions; landscaping, pest control, and lawn maintenance. I requested a proposal for my monthly lawn maintenance and have never heard back from that division. They may have lost a monthly customer.

I see that my deal was with the irrigation group, so I am trying to see if I could get my deal $ through a sprinkler tune-up / fix. I also bought the Angie's deal for insect control from OHara's, The insect person was great, came at agreed to time. He showed me a lot of areas outside where ants were, and baited all of them. Because he was so good, I purchased an annual contract with him ( and OHara's) for insect control.

Technicians arrived exactly on time and went about doing the expected job. Both techs were extremely courteous and professional. They showed us the issues in and out of the home and explained how they were taking care of them. So far , so good. When I asked about a monthly service plan, the quote was almost double what my neighbors are paying. So I won't be signing up for that service.

I had two visits, they completed the first one 3 weeks ago, they will come again three months after the first visit. I have no complains with them, they are very nice, very friend, very quick, and efficient. The actual price of the deal is 55$ but they discounted me for 50$ each so I paid them 100$ for two visits. The chemical spray is not necessarily on the bush but on the roots, I've done it myself once before and it work fine but I don't want to do it again, that's all they do, they came out and in 20 minutes they're finished, it's been about three weeks, the bushes are recovering from the white-fly infestation that I had. I'll give them a five star grade!

My husband was the person who actually worked with O'Hare Systems but he said they were very professional, responsive, and improved our system.

Mr O'hara called me shortly after I purchased to coupon?Several unexpected problems hit at that time..When i was ready approx 2-3 months later, Mr O'Hara did not return my calls?I would like to apply my coupon cost to a different purchase, for example sprinkler check-up, if possible..I have seen Mr. O'Hara advertise that service..I have already had the landscaping plan?don and finished..

Took them a bit longer than expected .. but a job well done.

They show up when they say they will and do what they say they will.

It went very well. The tech was very thorough and every inch of the lawn was treated. I was contacted one time after, but declined service due to the fact the grass was dormant and I did not feel it was necessary to fertilize during the winter months. I expected to hear from the company in the spring, but I never did.

I was away and the company coordinated the treatment with my neighbor who was watching the house and caring for my dog in my absence. Communication was great and everything went well. The White Fly problem has been eliminated and there are fewer ants.

I think it went fine. I haven't heard any complaints from my husband so I guess that is good. Everything I remember was fine with it. They are coming like every three months or something to keep the white flies off the edges. I would use them again.

It's all about service, and Eddie understands that and exceeds expectations, we like his responsiveness flexibility and above all the quality of service, this review is incomplete without a picture of his teams workmanship, I wish you could see it
