O'Hara Pest Control

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was very good. They did everything I wanted so they did everything right. The interaction was simple, easy and professional.

They were great. On time, friendly and explained everything. We had a major storm move in on them before they were done, so they had to come back. They were again a pleasure to deal with. Would definitely recommend them.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was pretty good. He showed up on time and everything was great. I just paid the price for the Big Deal. He always returned phone calls and he came when he said he was going to come. When we first scheduled it, it was for Labor Day and we didn't realize it was Labor Day and he was off so we had to reschedule but he called me in plenty of time to let me know so everything worked out. He was very nice. The pricing was great. The quality of service, responsiveness and punctuality were very good. We will use them again.

I called 1st thing friday 9/27 to inquire about them hopefully coming out later that afternoon. I was told by the girl who answered the phone it had to go to the scheduling manager and he would call me back. I did not hear back and called back again myself at approx 11:45. I was given the same comments and was told this time i would get a call back ASAP. Once again i did not get a call back and called again around 3:30pm. This time i was told a different manager/owner would give me a call back that day. This is being posted on 10/1 or 2 full business days later and i have yet to receive a call back. How are you supposed to hire a company who does not call you back? There are too many companies that provide this service to hunt down one that refused to call you back. Do not waste your time calling as they wont call you back!!!

They came out as agreed and sprayed the exterior perimeter of the house as well as the interior. YOung man looked professional wearing a uniform and was clean and polite....knowledgeable and competent. Asked if we were treating for a particular pest problem. Did the job well and gave us an estimate on landscaping pest control. We were very satisfied with them and may hire them for other work. Their price was great and I think they did a very good job. The tech was very helpful in answering additional questions. He went above and beyond, that is why I am rating them an "A".

I bought an Angie's List deal for $55.00. The first appointment I had scheduled was cancelled via a voicemail but never called me back to reschedule I had to call them. They supposedly came out and did what they were supposed to. The only evidence I found was some flyer attached to my door saying the work was complete. I had asked for them to look at a problem I was having and let me know what could be done, I called them and left a voicemail asking them what their findings were and never received a call back.

They stole my money, did not do the service and overcharged my credit card for an amount I did not allowed. I am still disputing it with the bank. They are horrible

They arrived as scheduled, examined the property and sprayed the inside and outside of the house for the typical insects found in this area. They were professional and completed the job properly.

It was fine. They showed up on time and did what we had asked them to do.

It went well - I still see a few, but there's a second treatment planned in 3 months.

I was unable to use the big deal due to the company not being able to service my area. The company was professional and polite when we did speak.

We had purchased a big deal for the service. They had an excellent customer service, they were supposed to come out 3 days earlier, and the guy showed up, but unfortunately my grandmother did not show up. They rescheduled and she did it again, so he said that he just went ahead and did the outside of the house.

Provider rescheduled once. Came to perform the service at the rescheduled date. I thought the inside and outside pest control was guaranteed for a certain period of time. The technician explained that they offer a regular service rotation and that there isno specific guaranteed timeframe on the service provided.

No problems with infestation for a couple of months after spraying. Operative was polite and punctual

This was a special (at $49), and I was enticed by the ad claiming to rid me of spider webs. Once the service person arrived, he told me that they cannot guarantee exterminating spider webs, they can simply add that as a service with a monthly/bi-monthly contract. The spider part did not do much of anything. THEN, later that week, Living Social had an Pest Control Service for $20. So - I felt really dumb - I had just paid 2 1/2 times as much for the exact same service. I did purchase the Living Social deal for a neighbor who was completely satisfied. Bottom line - the ad was deceiving.

Everything went well, house was sprayed and i have seen more than a 40% reduction.

Excellent service, puntual, explained a detail the problems and the work done. Most important: ants are gone! I will recommend anytime!

The inspect the house and quickly find out the reason why I had a lot of ants. Then he started to treat the problem and I have to say i'm very happy with the result.

Right after I bought the coupon, I was contacted to see if someone could come to my house the next day. Unfortunately I wouldn't be home until late that day. So I was asked to contact them later. I called many times. The secretary always said that the person responsible for pest control would contact me soon. I never got any call back. I'm contacting Angie's List to get my money back.

A day after they exterminate, I saw a rouch moving inside garage

They set me up for an appointment very quickly. The treatment was covered by the Big Deal; however, since the regular treatment cost was reasonably priced, I will be using them for monthly service to see if the ficus hedges grow back. So far after one treatment they have started to show signs of regrowth.

I called to schedule an appointment and they immediately called me back and set up a time for them to come out. They were on time and very professional. I bought a inside and outside pest control service through Angie's List for $49. They did a great job with the service and didn't try to up-sell me. I was having a problem with ants and since they were here last month, I haven't had a problem!!

Very professional. Came out on time and did estimate. Very professional person arrived to do estimate. The deal is basically to sign you up for quarterly treatments for $100 each. Want you to sign a year contract. I went for it. I realize a little expensive for just whitefly. The treatment drove ants in to my home which caused me to have to treat inside on my own. INMHO they should do inside and out for $100 per quarter. Overall not bad, wish for more.

O'Hara's definitely exceeded any expectations I had.

We haven't seen any ants since they started so it seems to be working well.
