It did not go well. It was supposed to be a $49 deal, then they said that they needed to reconnect to the lake, so I had them do that, it was $500. Then they said that I needed a new pump and that would be an additional $500. I told them no, thank you. The guys seemed nice, but they went off on the direction. They did not do what they were supposed too. They were on time and were professional. They seemed to know what they were talking about. I would not use this company again.

We purchased a holiday special for $39.00 to have an irrigation specialist inspect and adjust our sprinkler system. He was prompt and knowledgeable, answered all of our questions and did everything that needed to be done very efficiently. There was no extra charge for any of his services and he was very pleasant and helpful. We highly recommend this provider.

It was very good. The way the system was set up it needs improvement, he gave us suggestions and what needed to be done to require doing that.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and I liked that company. However, it was hard sometimes to reach the guy; he was very busy. But they were very knowledgeable about everything and were punctual. The guy knew every kind of plant in the world.

They were quick to call for an appointment next available was in 2 weeks. Two weeks later Derrick called to say he would be early and if we could accommodate an earlier time which was great. He did a good job in evaluating our system and replacing several sprinkler heads and closing off the ones we did not need. He set up the timer and knew the days we were allowed to water the yard however it went off a day later than it was supposed to. When I called their office to figure out how to set the timer for the right day I was told they would have Derrick call me back. I did not get a call back, which is why the B rating. Not sure I would use them again.

I called them they came quicker then I thought they would. The technician was polite and professional I was very pleased with the services I received and I would without a doubt use them again

Couldn't have been better. Jay, the electrician, came in, hung the fans, knew exactly what he was doing & finished early. A couple months later I called him back to replace more fans & change my outdoor porch light to a more updated fixture.

Preventative maintenance and check up

They arrived promptly, walked the yard with me to make sure we were on the same page, and completled the work completely to my expectations.

The gentleman checked all of our sprinkler heads and cleaned one or two that were clogged. He was very personable and even replaced an outside light bulb that I could not reach - I appreciated the help of this tall young man. Very pleased with their service and would call them again.

I accepted the contract. paided a quarterly payment. They never showed up or called back again. They won't respond to my calls

Extensive repair and maint. of sprinkler system and valves.

I was not able to be home, but they said that no one had to be there. I just had to let them know of any problems I was having with the sprinkler system. They said that they would be at the house by 1:00pm the next day. |At the last minute I decided to go to the house just to see what was being done, but by the time I got there which was about 1:35pm they were alredy gone. I notice that one sprinker head which was broken was fixed. I still haven't observed the entire system running, so I can't as yet say how well everything went. In all fairness I was not there to show them exactly what I wanted so I can't fault them if something was not done as I would have liked.

Was looking for a comparison to my lawn man who takes care of the sprinklers as well. Turns out my lawn man is very good and much less expensive. O'Hara was fine, and the tech was very good, but the choice for future repairs and maintenance for me is clear... My lawn man.

The work they did solved my problems. After just a few weeks, I can clearly see the difference in my yard. The company Rep. (Derrick) is a very skilled, hard worker . I was very impressed with him and I bought a maintenance contract from him so that my system continues to work well. I probably didn’t need it but, I wanted to maintain my yard and reward him at the same time.

The service was excellent. The technician arrived on time and was very professional. The service was purchased as an Angie's List "deal" and the work was performed as described in the offer. The technician made sure the system was programmed correctly, resolved a couple coverage issues by redirecting spray heads & unclogged a couple blocked heads. I would highly recommend them & will use them in the future.

Joseph, the young man who was recently promoted to Supervisor, is an amazing person. He even stopped on the way home from work this past weekend to make sure everything is OK. He is just Mr. Personality PLUS!! He smiles constantly. You could not go wrong having this company work for you.

It went very well. I will probably use them again. He was a little late coming out and he is going to come back to finish but he did a good job.

There was an additional cost for the repairs, but the service rep was extremely courteous and worked diligently at making sure the whole system was functioning as it should. The additional cost was extremely reasonable, and we will have the company back to maintain the system.
