It was just fine. There was an extra charge. I called them. It took them forever to schedule the appointment. The guys were very knowledgeable. When they came out, they were very easy to work with. They were nice.

They always fix my issues. They are very good. They are very polite and helpful.

Made appointment a week ago. I called to confirm appointment when they hadn't arrived at specified time (3:30pm). I was told they are heading my way. An hour an a half later called and said they weren't coming at all.

It was great and they came when they were supposed to. They did what they were supposed to. I could trust them to do the job.

.Check for broken valves and heads, Convenient services, One person team, they come when they're suppose to, do test runs on the system and replaces anything that needs to be replaced. Tell them whats broken and they fix it.Person that comes out is always courteous and professional.

It wasn't good. They sent a guy out and when I showed him what I wanted him to do he got really rude and left. It was bad. I called the owner and asked what was going on. A second person came out and did the job. That was fine. However, the first encounter was completely unacceptable.

It was satisfactory and we would hire them again.

They were very professional. They came out and were unable to preform the service however we do continue to work with them on other projects.

They can't to look at the place and said they will call me back and left. Never seem them again

At the beginning it went ok, until weeds started growing everywhere, more than I have ever had in my entire life, and when I tried to get them to come treat it, no one responded, came out and completely ignored me for a full month until I cancelled.

He did a great job. He put in a digital system and showed me how to run it. I would refer them to all my neighbors. They cleaned up after themselves.

All he did is talking, nothing else we spend $50. I call O Hara company to get my money back, and talked to the girl. They never return my call back. I got other company and payed them $80 they fix all my problems.

Everything was fantastic. I would use them again and I highly recommend them.

They did a good job and were prompt and courteous. They worked really hard to make it right. They needed to replace a couple of sprinkler heads at the time.

I am estimating at the date but it was two years ago, I believe. I really need help but it is so hot right now, no one would be interested. O'Hara sent their specialist and he was going to get back to me but they had to let him go for various reasons and they never got back to me. Another person from Angie's list tried to find someone else but I never heard back from him. So, here we are. I would love to have someone come and do the work but I guess the refund is better at this point in time. Thank you for following up Janice A Henry

They came right out after I purchased the deal. They cleaned out the sprinklers, fixed a broken pipe and dug out around it. They did a fine job.

It was fine. I don't remember having any problems.

It didn’t go well. The person who came only installed a couple of sprinkler heads and they were above grass level. I had to put them below the grass. They do my termite treatments and those are good experience. I would only use them for pest control.

Went well. Very nice and professional service. Have had some trouble reaching office. Would leave messages and have calls returned...not always convenient.

Things went good. I expected good service and they gave what I expected. I would use them again in the future.

The day before the service was supposed to be provided, the company called me and the scheduler informed me they had moved my appointment back by 2 hours. I told her this would not work for me as I am an attorney with scheduled appointment; that I had scheduled my meeting around the time she and I set two weeks prior. She told me that she couldn't understand what my problem was as I was being given 24 hours notice. I told her that I couldn't just adjust my schedule on a whim. I informed her that she was very unprofessional and suggested that O'Hara not be given a good review. She said, since I would give them a bad review, O'Hara would not come. I told her I needed the service. She just hung up on me. The scheduler is unprofessional and should not be customer-facing.

It went well, the gentlemen were very professional.

I agreed to sign up for a annual contract after the repaired a number of sprinkler heads and then checked out the sprinkler. At the next maintenance check they found a cracked water pipe from our lake. Paid extra for fixing that, apparently not under maintenance. Maintenance seems to be to come out and check to see that all is working. Anything beyond that you need to pay for. However, I will say, that they did fix a couple of sprinkler heads under the maintenance. When the did first check and got system in a good condition the technician said that our pump seemed to be very good. But, we'd need a new sequencer. I got that fixed and paid for that separately. On the next maintenance check, I was not here, they left a note with our housekeeper that they believed there was something wrong with the pump and I'd probably need a new one. My experience with this service provider, and others like them, is they want a maintenance contract. Usually this is a good idea as they will come out and watch over your systems. However, with this service provider as with others I use, they almost always find something additional that will need fixing; usually because the system is older, or something. It's annoying. You have to be able to make many judgement calls and not have every screw replaced or belt that is suddenly not covered under the maintenance agreement. O'Hara seems to do a good job, but they have come for at least one maintenance call and did not call ahead. This is a problem, not just with them. I like to be there when they are checking out whatever system otherwise I am unable to make an educated "guess" as to whether I want that particular item repaired.

I purchased this ''daily deal'' for a house i purchased that needed the grass cut. I messaged and noted the transaction with the address where i wanted the lawn cut but unfortunately they went to the billing address on my angies list account. The grass was cut and the transaction was good but there was a lack of communication in the messaging. I do not blame the company, Angies list should have some type of option for this... i.e. giftcards, purchasing for others etc... overall i would choose them again if i need lawn service !

Joseph was very knowledgeable and fixed all the sprinkler heads and rerouted some others to water newly planted landscaping. Everything went well and I was very happy with my sprinkler system including the new digital timer.
